Report: The Dumbest Fanbases...
Fox Sports has taken the time to provide us with an in depth analysis of the dumbest fan bases in American sports.
1. Alabama
2. Kentucky
3. The Ohio State University
4. Arkansas
5. Notre Dame
My personal favorite line: "Ohio State is the most SEC-like fanbase in the country that's not actually in the SEC."

Anyone who was at the Elite Eight game in Indy back in March can confirm, it's Kentucky. I'm still in shock of that fanbase. That was something else.

especially after a 350 pounder next to me kept screaming "Safari Dakari" after every putback or rebound. Seriously, its almost like if you live in the state if Kentucky, you have to take an IQ test upon birth. If you show any signs of intelligence, you're given a Louisville hat, and the rest are given BBN tramp stamps regardless of gender.

And based on the reception their players got upon returning from Pasadena, how are Noles fans not in there?

I was wondering how Sparty could have possibly been omitted. Since they have apparently taken the piece down now and I won't be able to read it, I guess I am not going to get any further insight. I am guessing the comments field got too "real" for them.

This was a series of ten pieces done in 2013. The answer to why Sparty isn't mentioned: West Virginia is #8. Besides having a penchant for burning couches in common, half of the WVU piece could be about Sparty.
It all makes perfect sense now. Sparty can't even do "dumb" right.

I can't believe this was posted on a "10 dumbest fanbases" thread. Let's add Michigan in there.

My guess is we've got a troll on our train.

Yeah, because a guy who loves the university he played for, and who happens to have won a national championship at an SEC school, would be a stupid hire.

Cue the burning couch gif.

Someone should really print that out and stick it on a poster board for a gameday sign.

Just about everything they do and say is out of hatred for Michigan. Screws them up way more often than not. They just can't get over us. Also, when it's all said and done, win or lose, they're still Sparty, and they know it, and they hate it.

It's outstanding. High comedy.

"UM has almost no high level talent on that roster, none. If no one transfers they might have 1 or 2 players on their whole roster who would start for us. It's a full rebuilding job and it's going to take longer than a couple years no matter who they are able to bring in to coach."
This is the sentiment from most fan bases. They have no clue what talent we have, they are just going by the premise that just because our last coaching staff couldn't develope offensive talent properly that must mean that there isn't any! We will surprise most people with how competetive we will be next year.

It is absolutely hilarious reading those comments from early December. Basically the summary so far is they believe Harbaugh is a pipe dream and it's going to be either Shiano or Kiffin (lol!). They say Harbaugh won't want to come because our fans will run him out of town after two years.
Lol!

I am assuming that Fox Sports did nopt follow the normal procedure and get fans of each fanbase to stand in the men's room and recite:
"Spiegel, Spiegel an der Wand
Wer ist die Dummsten in der land?"

Oregon, Ohio, a suburb of Toledo in northwest Ohio, will make the temporary switch in support of Ohio State.
Two city natives, put together a change.org petition calling for Oregon to change its name and for Oregon's Clay High School to change its school colors from green and gold -- the same as the Ducks -- for that day. The temporary name has yet to be determined.
January 3rd, 2015 at 11:59 PM ^
They're going to change the name to Marcus Mariota.

I'd say because I'm a HUGE member of the MICH fanbase, that probably propels us towards the top 10.
Yes I am that dumb
No I don't mind

You post, in the dumb thread, about something utterly useless, inconsequential, and unimportant to any aspect of life.
And you spell valiant wrong.
