Crystal balls trending heavy to Georgia - only could find a short blurb on Diehard Sports, but its being reported in a bunch of places. Dagger.

Steve Windings put his to Georgia too - any insiders with info? I would assume this is now a 90% Georgia lock from being a 90% Michigan lock.

Play with Bama/Georgia, we're gonna take our licks sometimes I guess.

Recruiting is basically like ebay now. I feel like Michigan bids pretty early and holds the lead. Then last second before the auction ends a huge bidding flurry happens and Muchigan gets outbid by 10x.

Not a surprise at all. Georgia (seemingly) gets who they want.

The successes of the last two years have moved us up to the tier right below the teams with multiple recent NCs. Not a bad place to be, but we are certainly going to lose top recruits to those teams. I'm not going to sweat that at all, because we do not have multiple recent NCs.

That recruiting pitch, plus gobs of NIL money, is a really easy one. And as I've said in other threads, we are doing fine right now given the landscape of things. To start to move up to the top tier, we need to win a National Championship. This year, we have a great chance.

No matter what, though, it's great to be a Michigan Wolverine. Keep beating OSU. Keep winning the Big Ten. Find a better approach to CFP prep and games. All is well.

Yeah I think most of us agree we are goin to finish outside the top 3 classes probably for the foreseeable future. The reality of that is head to head recruiting losses with teams in the top 3. With this class we have coming im not too worried about recruiting rankings. The only issue is when your coaches first choices consistently go somewhere else. That catches up to you in the playoffs. Oklahoma/ND/UM for example.

Uini, would be a great get, if we didn’t already have enough OL in the class. As my momma uses to say “Enough is as good as a feast”. M has enough OL, and if they need more, they can easily address issue in the portal.
