What you're doing isn't keto then. You're never in ketosis. You're just cutting carbs for 5 days...

You must be old because most college students have no idea what a check book is

It really sucks it looks like we aren't getting Noah Cain or Quavaris Crouch. They seemed so high on us early on and I thought we would at least get one.

05/17/2018 - 7:27am I think his era is going to

I think his era is going to hold pretty low. He's with a team with a good defense and offense. If he goes 5 and has given up 2 runs he can call it a day instead of having to go 6 or 7 and give up 4.

It's a lot different pitching feeling like your defense is great and with being able to attack hitters because you're ahead than it is with the tigers when you think you have to make perfect pitches because castellanso couldn't field a ground ball or he was going to get any runs

Tyson Chandler, Kevin love, and Durant are real physiques to marvel at... It's not like Hakeem, Malone, Jordan, the admiral, pippen or even Magic were small

05/02/2018 - 11:14pm If you just want to catch

If you just want to catch them you'll get them with a spinner or rapala. You would want to foot a bead under a bobber, I prefer that over spaw especially getting later in the run

Isn't the clear answer emmitt Smith?

04/25/2018 - 2:02pm Hasn't MSU already won

Hasn't MSU already won regarding all of this? Nationally, I feel like the rest of the country could care less. My fiance lives in Florida and she doesn't follow sports at all but also has no knowledge of any of this. Even the people in Michigan I feel like you get numb to hear because you hear that there is more and you're sick of hearing it so you turn the channel or go to a different page.

04/14/2018 - 10:06pm He is actually kind of a Stan

He is actually kind of a Stan van gundy type of big but I imagine he will be fired. I think he is destined for the d league for a few years

04/13/2018 - 8:03am What I wonder is was Drevno

What I wonder is was Drevno the one who made that call? That would be all on him with Pep obviously getting the first look at the play from above and Harbaugh taking a sec to get a grasp on it at ground level

04/03/2018 - 1:24pm You're literally only saying

You're literally only saying that because he's black and athletic. He's Baker Mayfield with more athleticism and nobody is hating on Mayfield. Jackson has also been squeaky clean off the field

03/29/2018 - 6:00pm I can't believe some people

I can't believe some people still think this way. College educations don't mean a thing to most high level athletes. Most high level athletes wouldnt even normally have been accepted to the schools they are attending. Let's take a six foot six 300 lb offensive tackle with tattoos and dreadlocks. I don't care what his desgree is in or from where, he isn't very marketable outside of sports.

How much do you think players possibly going straight to the NBA again helps us?

03/07/2018 - 4:19pm I love this. He knows, his

I love this. He knows, his family knows, his coach knows, everyone knows that the correct play would be to just not play this year. Worst case scenario he falls to the middle of the lottery and gets picked up by a slightly better team. Maybe the kid just wants to play a few games with his teammates that he has became friends with, maybe he just loves to compete, maybe he wants to play just one more time with his (I forget if it's his uncle or dad that is an assistant)

12/20/2017 - 8:47pm I actually love that we got

I actually love that we got this kid but why does he have to already be pegged at fullback? I can see how he would have been an all big ten caliber linebacker at Iowa fitting their mold of linebackers perfectly.

What happens if the kid shows up at 6'4 next year 240? Why not TE? What if he stays the same size, why no SS? The kid reminds me of Kam Chancellor the most...

12/16/2017 - 7:28pm I always like to think that

I always like to think that Michigan fans would have better grammar...

12/13/2017 - 8:42pm I think everyone

I think everyone underestimates him because how he was used. Isaac has pretty good straightline speed. We heard all the talk of throwing it to our running backs before the season but we hardly used them in the passing game.

Isaac would be a huge mismatch coming out of the backfield, he is the size of a tight end. He was a great receiver coming out of high school but did we ever once split him outside and get him on a linebacker let alone throw it to him when we did?

12/08/2017 - 9:08am Peter's had a dumbed down

Peter's had a dumbed down play book specifically made to take the game out of his hands, of course he should have taken care of the ball those were what the play calls were designed to do.

It has been well noted that maybe Peter's didn't or hasn't picked up the playbook like one would expect from a second year guy.

Peter's really should have thrown at least 3 ints.

12/08/2017 - 9:05am Who is TCU's quarterback from

Who is TCU's quarterback from Texas A&M? He's not bad.

Shane Morris is pretty good at CMU...oh wait...sorry.

12/05/2017 - 1:57pm No

Op this isn't a good thing. It will mean they can transfer to either schools they play or in the same conference.

11/10/2017 - 8:36am Under armour is more of the

Under armour is more of the white kids/old white guy athletic line imo. Nike still rules the sports world and for example, Nike basketball shoes and cleats aren't even comparable to ua's stuff. They feel like rocks on your feet compared to Nike

As second round pick is huge in the NFL... could be freeing up cap space for Fitzgerald or megaton?

09/17/2017 - 8:51pm Speight

I didn't want to start a new thread but he needs to be benched
It's time to start Brandon Peters.

Speight isn't a game manager and he can't go out and win you a game on husband shoulders, but can lose one.

There is really not upside to him starting.

Our offensive line is pretty disappointing thought. A better ol and a top QB and we are contending for a NC.

We have the offensive weapons to have a really good offense. I'd like to see our tea used more. What's the pint of having tall receivers and a 6,7 bunting I don't we don't use them in he red zone

08/25/2017 - 10:25pm You can always tell your casual weightlifters...

I stay on the squat rack for almost two hours. I take long rests in between sets, ill talk to other people at the gym, and I'll surf my phone. Sometimes I'll rest up to 7 minutes, plus by the time I am actually ready to squat it's probably more like 8 and a half. Am I being a dick? No. I need that much time. I'll squat the bar 20 times, then 10 times. 135 for ten, then for 5. 185 for ten and then 5. 225 for ten and then 5. 275 for 7. 315 for 5, 5 again, and those are just my warmups. My 7 sets of 5 today took an hour without my warmup sets. I expend so much energy getting tight, staying tight, and doing the reps that I need long rests between sets.

I'll also do super sets or giant sets with 2 to 4 machines. Do I yell at someone if they start using something, no, but I'll say I was using that can I keep working in between their sets.

I literally need the volume and the intensity because I've worked out so long. If I were stuck doing one exercise and never doing any super sets, it would take me all day at the gym to get enough volume in.

People generally use water jugs for a reason. It's convenient. I know exactly how much water I'm drinking a day. I actually am never thirsty and without it, I'd never get my gallon of water in if I were just filling glasses or bottles all day. I don't want to be filing up bottles all the time and I don't want to keep track of how much I've drank. It's nice for it to be 3 pm and I can tell I haven't drank much that day and will start drinking more.

Why do people care if someone is talking on the phone next to them. I put my headphones in, I'm there to workout, get bigger, get stronger. I zone in during my sets, really focusing the mind muscle connection that I don't even hear my own music. I could care less what other people are doing.

I also even film my lifts which some people would say is stupid. But I use it to make sure all my leverages are lined up, my bar party is how it needs to be, see if I'm rounding, lack of tightness in a part of a lift, etc. When I'm pushing large weight I need my form to be mentally dialed in as much as possible so that it's a habit and that my form won't breakdown or won't breakdown too much on loads of 90-95 of my 1rm

07/30/2017 - 10:47pm I would guess those numbers

I would guess those numbers are highly accurate seeing as how all the weights end in 0 or 5.

Umm...he was traded. He didn't get to pick where he wanted to go. He didn't have a no trade clause.

06/22/2017 - 8:16am Going head hunting after a

Going head hunting after a bunt to break up a no hitter or perfect game isn't an unwritten rule in your context. It more or less comes into play say in the 8th or 9th. Also, it's Dyson, one of the fastest players in the game who is always a threat to bunt. They should and were playing him to bunt, he jist beat them.

05/15/2017 - 8:46pm He should make a return to

He should make a return to basketball...

05/12/2017 - 12:54pm Wagner is ready for the NBA

Wagner is ready for the NBA imo. No he isn't ready to start but as a big t9 get 12 mins a game with the right team coming in with the second u it, a hustling big man who plays with a lot of emotion is a good spark to have. Honestly, I think a lot of players do better in the NBA because spacing is so much better.

03/05/2017 - 8:46pm Not a great number for the combine

But it's funny because I bet 95% of all men can't bench 185 once.

02/22/2017 - 10:43pm Boston should make a run at

Boston should make a run at Drummond.

Stan has to go. He is blowing up the team he wanted... coaches should never get to make all the personnel moves.

02/13/2017 - 11:46am People need to take their

People need to take their maize and blue goggles off. He is an undersized non athletic guard. He isn't a playmaker. He can't take his man off the dribble. I don't think he would be a great threat from 3 in the NBA. Name one starting pg he could hang with. Name one backup pg he could hang with. Love the guy but he is a euro league player

12/22/2016 - 4:19pm If you were a kid and you

If you were a kid and you didn't like attention and hated the recruiting process and we're committed to Alabama, wouldNY you just come out and say you're going to Alabama and everyone would stop speculating?

10/13/2016 - 9:20pm This is kind of a bad

This is kind of a bad question. Everybody is different. Everybody has a different maintenance level of caloric intake. For example, someone who is 5 foot 10 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds might maintain their weight at about 3500 calories whereas a high-end athlete at the same height and weight may need to eat 4000 calories a week. Kind of the normal standard when it comes to putting on muscle as a one to one and a half grams of protein per pound of body weight. It all differentiate with every person there. Some people need more calories than people need more fat, it's different for every person.

10/10/2016 - 6:50pm Serious question

If Peppers practiced solely at quarterback and was at Louisville, do you think he'd have better numbers than jackson?

09/23/2016 - 5:55am Seriously?

Where are the gaps in the batting order? Our platoon of 3bs have produced well.a Who is a gap other than McCann and Salty? We still go Kinsler, Maybin, Miggy, VMart, JD, Upton....the same starting 6 we have had all year. In fact, our lineup is the same minus Castellanos. We still have a very good lineup.

How are our young starters wearing down? Boyd has gotten stronger as the season has gone on. He is throwing harder every start and just arguably pitched his best game of the year (I think he had a shutout earlier). Daniel norris is pitching well with a mid 3 Era. Fulmer's numbers have been higher in the second half but if you take out his Cleveland aND Boston starts the last two months, he hasn't given up more than 3 runs in any of those starts.

09/13/2016 - 9:44am You're what's wrong with

You're what's wrong with society which is why everyone gets butt hurt over everything. The kid is bigger faster and stronger than everyone his age but that isn't fair? I'm sure you wanted Bernie sanders to get the Democratic nod you turd. I swear this is the worst generation in America right now. Feels entitled to everything but not willing to work for anything.
