Roman Wilson Championship Game Vlog
For those that don’t subscribe to his YouTube, you should. Roman puts together some nice vlog content that gives some behind the scenes action. Not embedding because I want people to click the link and go “like” and “subscribe”. Go blue!

Is there anything creepy about a grown ass 30 or 40 year old eagerly watching a teenager's Internet vlog with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind because that teenager plays a game that materially impacts that adults happiness in a way that might not be healthy. Furthermore that adult gets excited about highschool boys who might join the team that he cares about and listens to podcasts about the topic. This is not absurd right? Asking for a friend. Or maybe I just got too high and I'm overthinking this. Being a fan is crazy if you really think about it. You forget these are just college kids.

If he didn’t want you to watch it and enjoy it, he wouldn’t put some much effort into editing and production. He had to set that all up, convince his teammates to film and participate, then get it all clipped up. That took a ton of effort on his part.
don’t feel creepy, he made it for you and apparently 10,000 other little weirdos like you

Very true. Would be cool to donate or support him somehow. It's pretty well done you're right. Impressive young man indeed

welp, seems like you came down from your high pretty quickly..

There are a few unwritten rules that need to be followed. Don’t interact with them outside of dedicated in-person events. Don’t tweet them. Probably don’t even follow them. Don’t blast them in a forum like this when we know players sometimes (maybe rarely) read this. We usually don’t have anything constructive to say here.

Bro, this comment about weirdo middle aged dudes makes me think you’re the only weirdo middle aged dude we might need to worry about.
I kid. In all seriousness though… do you really think he would go through all that trouble to post this content on YouTube if he didn’t want everyone watching it?
COMUNG man. Comung.

Doesn't this line of thinking suggest avoiding most new popular culture, which is permeated by young performers?
Anyway, the older you get, the more people that are younger than you.

I think you're OK unless you googled "college student undressing in locker room" and got his video.

Glad you brought up this point, but like the heathen communist below said, this is more like buying a singer's album or a teenage genius' book--supporting their business rather than stalking.

yeah it's weird. But I also watch professional club soccer (European & domestic), and it's pretty common for college-age and younger kids to contribute to a professional soccer team. In the context of professional soccer (or the world cup, where we had teens & 20 year olds on the roster) it's considered normal.

These are great

Is Avant on the staff? Now that guy could catch. He might be a good WR coach.

He's the Sideline reporter for the Radio broadcast team (Karsch/Jansen)

From the sideline will finally be able to catch the throws that went to Tacopants.

Fuck
UM Football culture problems on full display here. Truth is coming out. Do not want.

I don't know how these guys do all of this and still take classes.

Also, some graduate in 3 years.
To me, it is impressive how much and how hard they work every day. Tremendous work ethic and drive.

Thanks so much for posting!! Excited to check it out in the morning 🤘🏼😎👍🏼

It seems like the entire squad is having fun and enjoying the ride.. My guess, it helps them play loose. Fifteen more practices before their next game.
One play, series, and game… at a time…

That was cool. But I wish he would flash names on the screen when someone is featured. I recognized some of the players but not all. And were the fans in street clothes on the field random fans or recruits of some kind or family members, etc?
Anyway, that all access pass was mesmerizing.

Cool of Roman to put these together. Fun for the fans and I'm sure he'll be glad to have these videos to look back on his college experience.
Also, that was absolutely a catch. Clearly possessed the ball in the air, hand was under it, and definitely completed the process. Ground did not shake it loose or aid in possession. Still bemused by that one.

Someone hook Roman up with a NIL deal so he can upgrade that whip

Love these. I wonder if players get (free) parking on campus. Would make sense if they do, and definitely a nice perk! I usually didn't have a car on campus, but when I did, it was crazy hard to find a space. And when I did find a meter space, I am still scarred from picking up those $3 tickets (when paid within a few hours) for meter expiration.

I think they just get a pass to park at Schembechler which is permit only parking. I remember a few specific players in the late Hoke/early Harbaugh era who were consistently late to class because they were trying to find street parking.

In his "day in the life" video, he got a parking ticket.

These are fantastic -- thank you for sharing. I personally don't follow the players on social anymore while they are still in school (and especially not recruits), so it's good to be reminded of things like this. I got so excited to see how hype they got with the crowd. Let's be these kinds of fans and not the anonymous internet troll types.

I liked the ukulele he had on the shelf.
I remember from his great "day in the life" video that he had a dog (Pluto). Didn't see Pluto in this one.

Love these. Other than the football / game activities themselves, the rest of it seems so . . . normal.
You get caught up in an image of a mythical world of elite football players where they are magically teleported from their palaces in the sky to the playing field and back. Nothing is real, it's all a fantasy.
But nay, they drive through town and stand in airport security and eat fast food on the run just like everyone else.
