PSU Back-up DT Suspended for Saturday's Game

Wasn't sure if anyone else caught this interesting tidbit for Saturday's game. There was a pretty blatant shove of Maryland's QB by the Penn State bench in last Saturday's game. The play was identified as Fred Hansard and from what I can tell, he's a second-string DT for them. Coach Franklin announced this morning that Hansard would miss the 1st half of the Michigan game.

Will be interested if this affects their depth at all. Any advantage is a good one.

Go Blue!

This game is shaping up to be bigger than all those before it... (as they tend to be).. A loss could lead us to 9-3 and 4th or 5th in the B10 east division. Yikes. I hope they learned their lesson 2 weeks ago (looking at the coaches) and learn to stop slowing down with a lead. Keep attacking and leave no doubt!

I have to wake up at 3:00 am on Sunday to catch a flight.  My usual big night game routine is going to be interrupted.  Or, it SHOULD be interrupted if I know what's good for me.  Plus, my neighbors are having a bourbon-tasting party Saturday night during the game.  Uh oh.
