Well, if the rumors suggesting that Daniel Snyder has taken over Washington's draft are true, it's guaranteed to be a disaster for them.
Poor Redskins. I had a boss one time that didn't know what he was doing too---but wanted control of EVERYTHING.

I am just praying the Lions don't take a TE top 10. I'd prefer to not have one in the first round at all but if they trade back and select one it won't be quite as bad. That said the Lions have holes up and down their roster and I don't see a TE moving the needle much for the team over the next couple of seasons.

it won't happen but Devin Bush in Baltimore or Pittsburgh would be an amazing landing spot for him

Would be a great fit in either of those places, but I would be very, very surprised if he fell far enough for Pittsburgh to grab him at 20, or Baltimore at 22. Unless one of those teams was head over heels in love with him and traded up to get him.
There's chatter about the Lions grabbing him at 8, or Denver getting him at 10.

a number of the mock drafts have Devin going to the Broncos.
I've seen that too.
Devin Bush has been moving up in value. But I don't think he has moved up as fast and as far as many Michigan fans think.

Gary falls to Seattle at 21, Bush goes to Atlanta at 14, Chase goes to the Pats at 56, David Long falls to the third to (hopefully) Baltimore.
And maybe the Cards wise up and trade out of #1
Kyler Murray is a great player. But he is just under 5'10". I don't know if it would hurt for Arizona to pass on taking a QB this year, and trade down. The trade off might be worth it. There will be other QBs. Heck, maybe they can get Shea Patterson next year.
My predictions:
- Bush stock is on the rise - top 10 (Broncos, Lions or Steelers trade-up)
- Gary is getting the Mo Hurst treatment (Raiders at #24)
- Winovich stock is rising (Seattle at #41)
- Long is a solid 2nd round (Falcons at #45)
- Higdon in the 5th round (Raiders at #140)
- Gentry in the 7th round (Patriots at #252 - boom/bust project)
I don't see why Jon Gruden will want Karan Higdon. Jon Gruden has had RBs like him in the past? What are you reading are the reasons he would want him?
Prediction: Bush isn't the first LB off the board, but he goes to the Lions at 8. And we'll all mourn the death of his pro career before it even starts.
I don't really have an NFL team I root for much anymore. Love watching the game, but the team I grew up with (Tampa) has been so bad for so long, and I haven't lived there in a decade, so I'm not much more than casually invested in them at this point. Arians has at least a 2-3 year rebuilding project on his hands. And that's being optimistic. The entire defense is a complete mess, and while the offense has quite a few skilled individual players, it hardly ever functions as a single coherent unit.
They've got needs all over the field. DL, LB, CB, and OL, but my guess will be they take Devin White to replace the loss of Kwon Alexander. Either that, or they take Josh Allen. Bosa or Quinnen Williams aren't going to be around unless they trade up, so they take the next best option. Anything that helps them get Brees, Ryan or Newton on the ground faster than what they're doing right now.
As far as where I live now, here in Atlanta, the scuttle is that the Falcons are gunning for Christian Wilkins, but if he's off the board by the time they pick, some have talked about them taking Rashan.
Lions take Charles Rogers at 8.
Some news/speculation that is relevant to us:
Excuse me. The draft was YESTERDAY. I know this because there was a "happy draft day" thread. SHEESH...
I hope Michigan men do well in the draft. While we wait, there's an interesting Seeking Alpha article today on the Draft and how #1 overall draft picks have the lowest surplus value in the first round (on a price vs benefit basis). I think someone from Wharton was cited, but I'll let that slide.

Prediction for Lions: Disappointing Draft
Hope for Lions: Acceptable Draft
I pray that they dont take that TE from Iowa.
Seems like there’s a lot up in the air this year than in years past.
The Lions have so many needs I’d be happy with just about anything, even trading down. The only thing that would irritate me is if the Lions took Gary in the first round.
Why would you be upset if Rashan Gary stayed within the state?
There will be better players at 8, unless the Lions trade down a couple times and take him late first round.
ALL of the Dolphins picks will not work out.
1. Lots of unnecessary booing
2. A camera focused on a kid who is slipping
I stopped watching the nfl draft when they switched it to the Th/Fr/Sat format. Lost interest. I'll read about it in the morning.
Did Dwayne Haskins follow the eat nothing but donuts as his plan for the Draft? Dude looks like he could out eat Onwenu
Devins outfit is outrageous!!!! Get after it young buck!!!
Looks like he’s apart of Funkadelic with that outfit
