First non-shootout win in 7 weeks.  3 one-goal losses (one in OT), two SO wins, three SO losses, and the draw in the GLI 3rd place game.  0 true wins in 9 games, and we were only outscored by 3 goals in those games. 

This was a great time to break that string.  Lots of work to do to make the tournament, but the opportunity is there.

Have not had much chance to see the team play but being at the game today I liked the pace that they played at. Seemed to really beat ND to the puck with their hustle. Now let's hope the BBALL team can keep it going. I hate listening to IU fans around here. Go Blue!!

One of the players picked up the puck after the empty net goal.  Another player (same guy?) picked up the puck after the the game ended.  Tells me that this game was very special to them!

i’ve watched a couple games thus year and this was the best we’ve looked so far (admittedly it’s a small sample size). hopefully this is the beginning of a big turnaround
