Brown Jug Kickstarter Question - MGoPatio?
Back in the fall there was a kickstarter campaign for John Falk's Little Brown Jug party at MGoPatio. Has anyone that chose to receive a plain replica jug received it yet? The campaign said that we should see it sometime in December but I haven't received mine yet.
Just wondering if others have the same issue and if you have been given any kind of update.

Same deal here. I tried to E-mail Martin (not sure if he is MGoPatio or not), and haven't received any answer to my inquiry.

Am I the only one who reads all of his posts in Kanye's voice? I laugh every time he posts something

I'm expecting a 1 gallon jug replica, but I haven't recieved it yet. I tried contacting MGoPatio through Kickstarter and Twitter, but I never heard back from him. I don't care if it got delayed, that'll happen, but it'd be nice to at least be given a status update.

I can vouch for Martin. He can't get very far; not only does everyone know where he lives but he's also U-M's official photographer. I don't know the specifics of the jugs but Martin's had some health issues.

I doubt it was a scam. Afterall, the creator of the Kickstarter ended up hosting an event for Jon Falk and at least one backer has received their jug.
It's worth noting that in the "Risk and challenges" section of the project, they say the following:
"Backers at the Red Wing jug levels (#5 and #6) should realize that hand-made Red Wing stoneware pieces are highly collectible and production is limited. Red Wing will do what they can to keep up with demand, but the kiln can only turn out so many pieces a month. If demand skyrockets, delivery of these custom jugs may stretch into the spring...or beyond. Rest assured that if it does, we'll keep you informed as to your place in line and the ETA on your jug."
