One word to describe your feelings going into tonight's game

Submitted by Cold War on

Mine may be different than some - proud. This program has come so far and is a model of what I'd want for Michigan basketball - excelling while doing it the right way. Regardless of the outcome, I am elated with all that's come to pass.

This is a DREAM COME TRUE!!!  I live in Atlanta and when they got the Final Four I said what a Dream come true if Michigan got to the Final Four in my home town...Not only did THAT happen but they are in the championship game..At the Semis there were a TON of maize n Blue in the crowd and I expect the same...I am cautiously optomistic about our chances tonight but whatever happens Its been a GREAT run by Michigan.....GO BLUE

Before the VCU game I hadnt missed a single bball game. Since then I have been training in Ft Dix New Jersey freezing my balls off (i live in Vegas) and working almost every game in the tourney!!!!! This has been the most miserable training of my life and to top it off I deploy for 6 months+ afterwards. However, all will be well when I check my phone (not authorized in the field) and we're up 15 with a minute to go...

Fidgety. Time cannot move fast enough right now, and although there is plenty to keep me occupied, the looming game is definitely keeping me from doing anything quickly or in mone sitting. So much anticipation and excitement right now.

I'm just really happy and hopeful. If we do fall short in this one game I am going to be happy regardless. I live in Louisville now and I went out Saturday for both games at a bar right on campus. I got some shit from a couple drunk kids (which I thought was weird because it was BEFORE both games). EDIT: Wearing my really old Michigan Basketball t-shirt.

I won't be going out to watch it tonight. I will be home on my couch with my dog  - Charles Woodson - and a few Centennial IPAs.

I love this team and I understand it is a real lightening in a bottle situation. I also have a ton of respect for the Lousville team that has been up and down this season and happens to be the deepest team I can remember in a while.

I am hoping for a good game that is decided by the players. That's all.

Go Blue.

Just so happy to be at this point but now the ultimate prize is right there for the taking now!

I haven't been this nervous since my kids were born.  I gotta go puke....

I mean seriously, WTF?!?!?!? Michigan is playing in the NCG tonight?

This past three weekends have been surreal, hard to internalize.  The clobbering of VCU. The Shot.  The clobbering of Florida.  Mitch effing McGary!?!?!?

1989 comes to mind first and 1993 isn't even close.  There was the "Michigan Man coaching Michigan" magic that seems to be paralleled this year.  Just my two cents.
