Well Purdue had their chances, but they just pissed those away.  Does Purdue try Marve?  The weakness (well the biggest) is the pass D of Ohio, and Marve may be able to more effectively stretch the field.

to last week's barely-win, if osu loses this week with yet another turrible defensive performance, added to a mediocre offensive performance, there should be some good TWIS fodder.

You watch; Wisconsin will lose two more games and Purdue will end up winning the le-something division after all.

Also, is it time to start acknowledging the existence of the Angry Ohio Linebacker Hating God yet? AOLBHG has a nice ring to it...

Purdue is probably the most frustrating team in the nation at going away frim their offense against good teams. They do it against ND every year. My mom has been complaining about it for years. "Why did they stop all of the short passes? It looks like they aren't even trying to win anymore." It must be a mustache thing.

First they called the VT QB down as he spun out of a tackle and completed what would have been at least a 20 yard completion (result punt). After the punt Boyd passed the ball to Watkins, he clearly fumbled the ball and the replay shows he fumbled it and the officials still called him down (result Clemson got a TD, three plays later.

This bugs the crap out of me. Why do they review plays that were obviously called correctly on the field (like this one), but don't review a call that was obviously wrong on the field (like the Illinois fumble two yards before the end zone against Ohio a few years back)? This stuff isn't rocket science.

Can't say I didn't see this one coming. Purdue has had plenty of chances to put this game further out of reach but just can't seem to ever capitalize.

Even if Purdue loses today, though, Ohio State has further shown that they are very, very beatable.

If Purdue doesn't win this game, all everyone will see is 8-0.  Not the fact that Ohio is significantly struggling against two of the worst teams in the B1G.  God, just hold on Purdue.

Did the ESPN BottomLine just say that Everett Golson won't start, but he will play? If so, WTF is Brian Kelly doing? If he is playing, then you can't say you aren't starting him because of the concussion.

Shoulder or concussion for Braxton??  Sounds like head as I'm typing this.  Definitely a hard tackle to the ground and the impact may have been enough for head injury.  That sucks for Braxton and Ohio; hopefully things turn out well, I'm sure we'll have updates on the matter soon.
