OT: Dion Sims Reinstated
Glad to see Sparty is really sticking to their guns... Dion Sims is back after a nice one year vacation.

Edit: I see it was discussed in the Dean of Discipline thread that I missed. My apologies to the board.
Sparty's criminal empire continues unabated
Without RR to go after, this will now begin to attract attention
*Hopefully.
**Hokefully.
Double posts, than I am with cutesy thread titles that violate board rules with their obscureness and make you do assinine searches to see what was posted rather than just being able to use you eyes.
I assumed Dean of Discipline was about a college professor, could have been anything. The post should be titled simply, with the cleverness tucked inside.
How many others almost missed there opportunity to ridicule Sparty?
I figured it was about Michael Floyd getting in trouble with the dean of discipline at ND.

Assume the position.
Agreed, whole-heartedly. I get really sick of people thinking they're a newspaper editor and trying to make cutesy, vague headlines trying to get me to click on the link. As if they get paid for me clicking on their post. If you make a post about an MSU player getting in trouble, don't title it: "Sparty at it again...." Make it informative like: "OT: MSU RB Jones arrested again for child molestation and human trafficking" so I know whether or not I want to read it.
In that case would you want to read it?
Yes. That would be an example of a situation where I wouldn't click the vague title but I'd for sure click the informative one.
I missed it in the previous thread and am not happy that I cannot delete the thread I have created... But I do hope my title was at least up to standards.
Not that I have a big problem with the other thread. Just that his mistake begat yours.
My apologies sir, definitely misunderstood. I blame Monday.
I just didn't want anyone to think I was doing what I was trying to prevent.
Little Brother will never learn.
How can they if Dion Sims keeps stealing their computers?
Winner. Lock thread.
Dantonio, I'm shocked!
I'd like to say at least he's consistent, but I seem to remember a non-impact guy or two mysteriously disappearing after Rather Hall and that being used as the evidence of a disciplinarian in charge.
It is gonna bite him and his program. I do agree that this police blotter championship might go underreported by the fawning MSM in Detroit, it will be a problem if he seeks higher ground at any point with a different school.
said that if sims was just a bench player with no talent he would be gone. but since he is their best TE and could be an NFL talent he gets another chance... valenti agrees that the "ZERO" tolerence meme is a complete joke...
1. MAKE SURE YOU DON’T SUCK
Before you go out and start committing crimes, it’s important to first make sure you’re at least slightly better than the 30 or 40 guys the team’s assistant GM could instantly pull off some practice squad to replace you. Otherwise you will become fodder for the team’s zero-tolerance discipline policy. Conversely, if you’re awesome, the line will be, “There’ve been some bumps in the road, but hopefully he’s learned from that.”

"Much like many of our other players, he'll remain in contention as to whether he is on the football team or not."
Freely admitting, with a straight face, that much of his team is barely holding onto eligibility? Veritas.
Well, in that they can commit murder till they stop performing on the field.
I asked him if D'antonio should re-name his "zero-tolerance" policy. I told him it was a joke that he re-instated Sims and only suspended the 2 drunks for 2 March practices. He said he agreed and thought D'antonio has no credibility left.
T Foster added something funny too. He said his policy only applies to players with zero talent, lol.

more like "Zero.95-Tolerance"

He announces his zero "tolerance policies", and everyone thinks he has a "zero tolerance" policy
Aside from Dantonio, just look at Sims' crime.
Could you be a more selfish scumbag than to do something to rip off DETROIT PUBLIC SCHOOLS right now? It's like breaking into a senior low-income housing building and stealing their disability checks.

Bump for Hoke not suspending a convicted felon for more than 1 game.
