Yes and not that long ago. My parents are die hard Louisville fans and I left for college in Ann Arbor only to return to Louisville after graduation. I'm a big basketball fan and the proximity of the Yum center (great venue btw) and occasional free tickets allowed me to get my live basketball fix watching the Louisville team while I watched the Wolverines on TV throughout the season. When it was apparent that the title game would be Michigan vs Louisville, my friends and parents wondered if I would be conflicted, but at the watch party, I was decked out in Maize and Blue. It was an easy decision, there was no question which team was in my heart.

I’ll be there wearing my Jalen Rose throwback jersey. I’ve seen a few other wolverines walking around London but when I arrived there were a bus load of Kentucky fans.
I watched the exhibition with Wayne State and Adrian Nunez was the first guard off the bench. Seems like he's got a role to play at least early in the season before Kobe finds his footing.
The whole roster shakeup has not gone as I had expected, but I trust that Howard knows what he is doing and is making the right decisions for us to be successful.
I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to boxing, but isn't there some stipulation that the loser of this match can ask for a rematch or something? If that's the case there's at least one more of these before Fury gets to fight Joshua.
There are two former wolverines on the warriors right now. JP and GRIII. I'm not going to actively root for them to fail just to spite Draymond Green.
I think you absolutely have your wolverine goggles on. I also think you're underselling what a great player he is defensively. Absolutely lockdown defender that can guard 4 positions and a great passer too. He makes up for a lot of Curry's defensive shortcomings.
This is an arrogantly uninformed statement. There are many professions you could accuse of being overpaid. CEOs, sales representatives, consultants for example, but all educators are underpaid compared to their value to society and that includes college professors. What beef do you have with them anyways? I sure learned a lot more in college than I did from K-12.
And as far as your premise that K-12 educators are VASTLY underpaid. Here's a breakdown that shows a high school teacher makes as much (technically a bit more) on average than your family doctor:
I believe that pension vests are given out by time on the field, number of starts, etc... rather than just straight up number of seasons. But yeah, I hope he gets his too.
I was looking through the forums in the middle of the night between cases. My first time commenting after lurking on these forums for a long time. I thought I could provide some input since I'm a neurosurgeon, but actually see that there's already a lot of great advice already on the board already. Maybe a summary:
1) A CT scan is warranted if your daughter lost consciousness for over a minute, has a skull fracture or has really bad vomiting or focal neurlogical symptoms. Peds doctors don't always like to radiate kids if they can avoid it.
2) The CT scan would show a hemorrhage, but a concussion, almost by definition, will not show up on a CT scan or an MRI for that matter
3) Concussions can take a variable amount of time to recover from, until then can have headache, irritability, even personality changes. Stay away from contact sports or excessive stimulation. Keep hydrated.
4) Super impressed with the level headed advice from this thread. Most of above has already been said by others.

Davis actually did a great job on Tre Williams. Teske really coming back as a defender too.
