Rugby players are, in my opinion, better overall atheletes. Everyone can run and hit and do it for long periods with no breaks. In football, you have guys who are stronger or faster but not often both and lack endurance. |

Heck, last year Husain Abdullah became a starter for the Vikings after fasting through training camp! this is reasonable. Obviously I would love for Michigan to win the B1G be in the NC picture every year, but it's just not realistic. We (I'm using the royal "we" here) waited almost 50 years between National Championships. People seem to forget that and think that 2006 level success should be attainable every year. |
