It would be interesting to see how the higher moments compare. These higher moments may help characterize an efficient offense. I imagine variance may be greatest out of the shotgun. Skewness may actually be higher from under center, due to more plays being stuffed at the line of scrimmage.
If Hoke is smart, he would go after a dual-threat QB. This would help persuade Denard and Devin, our only two scholarship QBs, that he is committed to utilizing their skill set.
Since when does a QBs' ability to run qualify him as a poor passer? Denard and Devin will surprise many people, including you, with their passing ability in the following seasons.
When I read the title of this thread, I thought you unlocked the secrets to time travel, and you were streaming the game online, but in your past, or our present, wait, I mean... [head asplode]
I didn't know you had an MGoBlog account. Let's pound the ball for the first three quarters, then our QBs will really be ready to go in the 4th quarter.
Perhaps this is evidence that the newcomers (Courtney Avery, Cullen Christian, T Talbott) are doing well in practice. Perhaps they are impressing and getting more snaps than JT.
Surely there is a point where too much muscle mass will hinder a player's ability to cover a receiver.
This is especially true when a player bulks up in the upper body---it raises his center of gravity, making it harder to change directions. If you don't believe me, then ask yourself why RR likes to recruit 5'8" slot ninjas.
JT Turner was a shut-down corner at recruiting camps, often praised for his agility and level of conditioning. My question is, is it possible for him to regain these skills by cutting weight at the expense of upper body strength? Would this be a healthy thing to do, and has anyone ever done it before?
Cullen Christian was the 15th-ranked overall recruit in the country by scout, and the 99th-ranked overall by rivals. He will be the starter opposite Woolfolk by the end of the year.

He knows where the balls are.
Denard has hollow bones -- like a bird -- which enable him to fly.

Apologies are acceptable in the form of pos-bangs.
M Robinson would be challenging Cam Gordon for the free safety position. Am I wrong?
My mind asplodes.
...he didn't beat up that kid in South Quad.
No.
...and I don't think Barwis (hallowed be his name) bulked him up too much to play CB.
Based on all reports I've heard, he came in last summer big---really big, and out of shape.
Thanks for implying that I'm stupid.
