Is there a visitor section or a section with a representation of our people? Any sections to avoid? Tickets are dirt cheap on stubhub right now.

I am a Hilton guy, so probably something downtown or the Homewood on Lane.

I appreciate those that helped. I would rather be in TX but family comes first. Thanks for the map too! I travel a lot for work and will keep this handy. GO BLUE! BEAT BAMA!

Bailey's sounds more like my kind of place.

Any word if Fitz or Roundtree is here today?
|2 years 49 weeks ago||I was told yes||
I was told yes but I haven't been able to confirm with the UMGC themselves. I heaqrd they were going to close due to the rain from an employee of the UM security.

734-663-4044 and press 5...they are closed to the public. Members only

I was told that the golf course will be closed. A friend of mine who has a friend that works security informed him to make other arrangements because the golf course will be closed. Since I didn't hear this information first hand I am not going to report it as the gospel so we shall see what happens. Either way, I will be parking in a public lot like I do every week. They open when I pull in and won't tow my car when I leave it overnight.
|3 years 5 days ago||messy||
I foresee this becoming a messy situation. Creating new rules and guidlines and expecting 1/4 million people to follow is seting us up to fail. DB said that future night games would be scheduled based on "OUR" performance. Why not open at 9am so we can all find a place to park and head over to where Game Day is set-up.
|3 years 1 week ago||really??||
People complain about EVERYTHING daily on this board and yet you are still surprised. Sparty doesn't upset me...my wife and family are spartans. I see it everywhere I go must I have to see it on the one place I seek solitude?!

A few weeks back there was an ad for buying MSU football season tickets!
They should try giving them away...

There is no reason to use an apostrophe in jersey.
I would like to see UM use a maize jersey on occasion but not replace a home or an away jersey permanently.

Last year Denard was sitting with the RBs I believe. I may be wrong but I do know he was not with the QBs.

Lucas Oil Stadium will be the venue through 2015...let the good times roll!!!
|3 years 3 weeks ago||letter posted from Big Ten||
July 30, 2011
General public tickets for the inaugural Big Ten Football Championship Game went on sale at 10 a.m. ET this morning and were completely sold out within two hours. An additional 15,000 tickets will be made available to each institution once participating teams are determined.
The Big Ten Conference and Indiana Sports Corporation have entered into an agreement to host Big Ten Football Championship Games at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis through 2015. FOX Sports will serve as the official broadcast partner of the Big Ten Football Championship Games through 2016.
|3 years 3 weeks ago||stubhub is cheaper||
stubhub is cheaper than that site. Stub Hub only charges a 15% service fee whereas that site was charging 23% plus $15 for shipping versus $11.95 at stub hub. Don't get me wrong I can't stand stub hub but it is individual sellers that charge the prices not the site.
|3 years 3 weeks ago||game is SOLD OUT||
That site is no different than Stub Hub. It is not affiliated with Lucas Oil Stadium. Face value was $50-125. The game is sold out.
|3 years 3 weeks ago||sold out||
The game sold out in 34 minutes. Buying tickets for this year guarantees that you will have comprable seats for next year. I have 4 in section 627, 2 in section 628, and 2 in section 419. I feel as though Colt season ticket holders bought out the lower bowl because I was talking with an agent at 10:04 and there was nothing in the 100s, 200s, or 300s
|3 years 3 weeks ago||they will sell||
they will sell fast but I expect they will be around for a few days. It has not been fully advertised that they are going on sale. I wouldn't wait to buy them though. Especially since each person can buy 8 tickets. Although, I would be more than happy to sell you some of my seats at the start of your semester.

I cannot wait to see replays of Denard embarassing defenses at the Big House!!
|3 years 5 weeks ago||call the hotels directly||
Expedia and all other websites have run out of rooms but you can still get a room at a few hotels. I am staying at the Red Roof Inn onm S. State St. Their rate is $119.99 and they have rooms available for Friday night but not Saturday.
|3 years 5 weeks ago||both||
it is near the entrance (row 72?) and the top row is 96
|3 years 5 weeks ago||I have||
I have tickets to ND in section 34 seats 3&4. I bought them from the ticket office last week. Hope that offers some help.
|3 years 5 weeks ago||3 weeks||
3 weeks before they will know.
|3 years 6 weeks ago||UM golf course||
UM golf course is where I usually park and wanted info for. I use the state st entrance. There is also a stadium blvd entrance. State St opens at 7am usually but I was wondering if the ND game being a night game would cause them to open later to limit the amount of drinking time before the game.
|3 years 6 weeks ago||thanks||
thanks for the helpful reply. I was unaware there was a website devoted to parking on the golf course. Anyways, I have emailed him and I will post his response.
|3 years 6 weeks ago||I doubt||
I doubt anyone that answers the phone at the golf course would have knowledge of this but thanks anyways.
|3 years 6 weeks ago||I believe...||
I believe ticket prices will go down after tickets are in hand and people can actually sell them on the open market. Stubhub is notorious for overpriced tickets by fans trying to get rich. I usually buy through craigslist and I have never had an issue finding tickets for a great price. Craigslist in AA usually has a fair amount of tickets and you can meet up with them on game day.
I would also recommend to anyone looking for tickets to this game to bit the bullet and buy season tickets. I have done this in the past and sold the tickets of games I can't attend. I would avoid Stubhub as much as possible for big ticket games as they are always over priced.
|3 years 14 weeks ago||wait||
Wait until the middle to end of August. Prices are always more expensive during the summer because there is high demand due to anticipation for Michigan football. Once the season tickets are mailed at the begining of August the market will flood with tickets and lower the price. Don't get me wrong this game will not sell for much less than $195 per ticket but buying a ticket now is pointless since they aren't in-hand. I've always delt with craigslist because cash is king and most of the time I find better deals. I have been buying this way for years and it always works.
