FWIW: The font is Superstar M54: http://www.dafont.com/superstar-m54.font - and the user requests contact and a donation be made before using the font for commercial purposes. There are other block typefaces on that same website with less restrictive licensing. |

The SMB also performed "Amazing Grace" in Patrick's honor at the conclusion of one of their rehearsals this week, and delivered a DVD of the performance to the MMB yesterday. Classy and touching.
