Was just in Lincoln over the weekend for the game and we parked in the lot just west of the Bob Devaney Sports Center. It was a gravel lot, had plenty of spaces and had a few porta potty's available. It was a pretty easy walk then from the lot to Memorial Stadium. After the game we hungout in the Haymarket/Q street location as well as on O street where there are also plenty of bars. If you've never had them before grab a few Runza's or their red hotdog.
I’ve been a Type 1 diabetic since 1999 and have been going to Michigan football and basketball games since 2003. I’ve always been able to bring in my Humalog pens as well as my tester/test strips. Now I have the Dexcom which is amazing for testing my blood sugar. You can definitely bring in what you need. It’s a necessity.
Portillos is amazing! The Italian beef, hotdogs (not even the Chicago style), cheeseburgers and even the shakes and cake are all great. Especially when you mix the cake and the shake together. Portillos as well as Lou Manati’s are two places that I would have a hard time giving up and a reason I can’t leave here
Le Jus is decent but beers from Hop Butcher, More, Maplewood and Corridor are even better. Even Phase Three is picking up and Energy City is very solid. I do like that Old Nation distributes to the Chicago area now.
Would like to see MSU lose this one. Then we can beat a higher ranked OSU team that will help us in retaining a position in the top 4. As it’s been noted the committee seems to want 2 SEC teams in the playoff with both Georgia and LSU out there lurking so a higher ranked OSU win for us would pay bigger dividends.
Old Nation Boss Tweed, M-43 and Cart Horse, More Strawberry Marbles, Hop Butcher Hawaii Vibes and Mikerphone Marshmallow Imperial Smells Like Bean Spirit.
Was just in San Diego and went to 8 different breweries. The time before that when I was there I went to 9. So yeah, I pretty much try as much beer as I possibly can. Glad that there’s something called Uber.
Glad to hear that the Big Ten Network will still be available to states that have Big Ten teams but still this really sucks as I have quite a bit of family that live out of state and will no longer be able to watch Michigan.
These are Russell Westbrook's signature shoe that is part of the Jordan brand. UNC has a pair just like it that they wear. Looks like the MDen just added them.
Much easier getting to the Allstate Arena than the NU campus so I’ll definitely be there. After seeing a few highlights of the crowds there I wouldn’t be surprised if there are more UM fans than NU fans.
For me it's acceleration. Whether it's been a sports car, rally car or now an SUV, it's gotta be quick. Also I enjoy solid technology and a great sound system (not subs in the trunk) as I have a long commute everyday and I really enjoy listening to music.
Especially seeing where the prices are at on Stubhub right now I have a feeling we’ll see a lot of Buckeye fans there Saturday. There’s been a pretty significant drop.
Any word on this year's student shirt for the football season? Haven't seen anything on which design won and what will be coming out. Usually those were available in July. I've bought one of those every year since 2003.
It would be very cool to see Western Michigan make it through the season undefeated and go to a NY6 bowl but MACtion is crazy as you said and so is the MAC championship. A few years ago NIU was undefeated and was looking to go to two straight BCS bowls but lost to Bowling Green in the MAC championship. Should be very interesting to see what happens. Western is an exciting team to watch.
Yes, yes you are a bad American! I'm not a big fan of Coach K either but there are quite a few players on that team that I do like and would love to see get a gold medal.

Ugh this is heartbreaking! All these young guys gone way too soon. RIP Craig, Darius and Obi :-(
Agreed! I could do without that. We're not Kentucky or the NY Giants.
Would be amazing if that was the case. Let's hope!

Glad to hear that it’s still at noon since the earlier post
We always hit up some breweries on the way in from Chicago but will always hit up HOMES as the last stop for a drink before going to the night games.
Go Huskies!!! The game doesn’t matter to us but as someone who has a lot of family members who went to NIU I hope they win.

Why would this be OT? Stroud is a player we’re recruiting
Love those new Tellurides! Kia did a solid job with it.

Yes he coached with Fleck at NIU.
I do but I can’t sell them to you. Mama said to not talk to strangers.
Probably the Redskins

Again? Damn! He really wants to stick it to us
Michigan alum and fmr volleyball player Michelle McMahon is on the show which is solid. It is very similar to College Gameday.

2. Bell’s Hopslam Ale
3. Bell’s Black Note Stout
My favorite kick though for one that I was actually there for was the 2012 MSU game at home.
Wow! You're really close to me. I'm off of 20 and close to 25.
Not yet for me. Didn't make it out to the NW suburbs of Chicago :(. Hopefully Monday!
Who is another Gay LB?
