I haven't posted in forever…

I haven't posted in forever but wanted to say thanks for posting this. Both my boys started lacrosse last year (ages 12 and 11) and I've enjoyed watching them improve. It's a great game to watch and I've started to DVR NCAA lacrosse games on YouTube TV just for my own education about the game. Super fast paced and more physical than I expected too. I would love to see Michigan on TV against PSU which probably really wouldn't "enjoy" it since PSU is number one.

Thanks again for posting and GO BLUE!

Lamp

I love lamp.

Thanks

Done and appreciate the reminder.

SEC

Fuck the SEC, let's Go Blue!

Ugh the clapping

My wife isn't a footbal fan but that is all she knows of Hoke, the freaking clapping and me making jokes about the van down by the river as she heard him speak.

I just always imagined him eating pizza and donuts and talking about having a great week of practice while clapping at the same time.

Great guy but horrible head coach but Thank God for Harbaugh.

Oh and fuck Dave Brandon too.

No question

There is nothing he is thinking about other than what Harbaugh and UM are doing.

Fuck Sankey and Fuck the SEC, oh and throw in MSU and OSU in there too.

Go Blue!

Awesome

Awesome GIF. We know what's in the bag right....

I think it says "Property of Ole Miss Football Program"

Thank you

I appreciate the reminders personally and I'm glad John is leading. Not too much to ask for a great cause. #Chadtough and fuck cancer.

Wow

Thanks for all you do. You attack recruiting with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind. Well done. Harbaugh would appreciate the effort no doubt.

Go Blue!

Harbaugh is gold

I listened today when he was on Mike and Mike and it was fine, then fantastic on Lebatard. Dan was so excited to talk to him, he was like a little kid.

I DVR his appearance on Dan Patrick and he was great on that as well. My wife doesn't even like football and was entertained by him. Him motivating Seton to pie himself was classic.

I don't like Cowherd but I'm glad that interview went better. Watch the link if you have a chance even if you don't like Colin as Kristine Leahy is very easy on the eyes so just mute him if you want.

Jim was great today, so thrlled that he is our coach. He was truly enjoying the experience today and i really showed.

Oh and Urban is a dbag.

Alabama seems to be able to

Alabama seems to be able to rotate two complete defensive lines in and out of games at will if they want and just dominate up front.

I'm hopeful that with Gary and other guys we are trending toward that ourselves.

So happy we got the two corners as Hill and Long both look legit and have the potential to step in when we lose everyone.

Hudson's high school film is impressive and hoping that he can step in at safety and while he won't be Peppers, maybe a Peppers lite?

Been a fan of UM since the days of AC and can't remember a time when I've been this excited for UM football.

Go Blue!

ps. I live in Columbus and hate OSU so very much and tired of hearing their fans talk trash.

Soup

Good opportunity for him though I have a feeling he will be back again as a full time coach eventually.

Fingers crossed and thanks

Fingers crossed and thanks for the link! Go Blue!

That would be such a great

That would be such a great get for UM and add in Hill and Gary, tomorrow is going to be an epic day. I need heart medication after this recruiting period.

Another reason it sucks

Another reason it sucks living in Columbus (other than the obvious) that I can't be there for that. Go Blue!

Thanks for posting, great

Thanks for posting, great story. Never liked Notre Dame but never really minded Lou.

Agree, doesn't matter as no

Agree, doesn't matter as no positive reports of him committing to UM.

Agree 100%

I love UM and my second favorite is Pitt which has been mediocre for years including the past few with Chryst. They have some offensive talent in Tyler Boyd and James Conner but their defense was horrible as evidenced by their complete meltdown in the 4th quarter of their bowl game which was one of the worst things I've seen in watching football in my life.

Wisconsin will be sorely disappointed in Chryst, UM confirmed with Hoke that just because they are an alum it doesn't guarantee success and Wisconsin will realize the same thing as well.

20-10 UM

20-10 UM

UM 31 OSU 13

UM 31 OSU 13

I just showed this to wife

I just showed this to wife and she started laughing as I would complain all the time about the clapping, no headset and presumably eating donuts before the game, during halftime and after the game. Jesus, seeing that makes me want to puke.

Peppers is such a dynamic

Peppers is such a dynamic athlete, can you imagine if he was the starting running back? I would think (hope) that his vision is better than Smith and Green have shown and we know he has breakaway speed. I know it'll never happen but after watching OSU and their impressive speed it would be nice to see an offensive weapon like Peppers taking runs or receptions to the house.

In the podcast they seemed to

In the podcast they seemed to hint that Marshall wasn't playing due to some form of disciplinary issue as he wasn't present during the fall practice that was available to students as well and nothing seems to be seen or heard from him at all. I want to see him play as he looks like a beast that could give a nice pass rush. I want to see more of Gedeon as well as I lost count of the missed tackles or out of position plays from Bolden.

I would have loved to see

I would have loved to see Jabrill on that play when Smith missed the giant hole that was the size of the Grand Canyon. Peppers is a just a dynamic athlete, would be great at anything. That kickoff return is a sign of things to come.

Butt and Darboh looked great.

Butt and Darboh looked great. Chesson showed nice speed but unfortunately not enough on those deep throws. I was impressed by Perry out on those quick passes to Darboh with his blocking, impressive for a true freshman. I want to see Bunting and Butt out there together, I think they could terrorize defenses.

I'm honesrly a little scared

I'm honesrly a little scared to see it. There were so many, especially unfortunately Bolden.

Agree 100%. He will develop

Agree 100%. He will develop with the help of that staff to one of the elite defensive players in the county. That pass interference call against him was just a horrible, terrible, piece of crap call. The tight end was pulling on his jersey and the popped him in the head. Bullcrap homer call.

I was screaming at Bolden

I was screaming at Bolden more times than I can count for the missed tackles. It was mind boggling between the whiffs or over running the play.

I did the same exact thing

I did the same exact thing saying (screaming) "snap the ball, snap the freaking ball!". I flipped over the Minnesota-TCU game during a commercial and the same thing happened in that game only TCU got the snap off before they could review and reverse as it was not a catch.

Smith reminds me of Frank

Smith reminds me of Frank Gore, more of a plodder and a guy that can get tough yards but not a game breaker by any stretch. I would like to see more of Isaac as I think he could make a difference with the size and speed combo. Not sure what was up with Green other than he didn't do himself any favors during fall camp. Drake could excel when he's healthy.

I really wish Weber wouldn't have gone with OSU as I think he could have been the answer from jump.

I'm hoping he can show off

I'm hoping he can show off his skills with some more returns and maybe ease him into some offense later on with the hope that he could make a big play in bigger games like MSU and OSU. He will be a difference maker for that defense, his coverage skills will improve.

It will take a little time

It will take a little time but Wormley was just an absolute monster and Butt looked fantastic. Wow, reading that could be taken the wrong way. I was encouraged by Darboh (drop notwithstanding) and he looked legit. The hole that Deveon Smith made me scream and then really miss Drake Johnson as I think he would hit that and took it to the house. Overall I think it was a game they can build on and the future will be bright.

I've been reading Mgoblog for

I've been reading Mgoblog for a couple of years and first time posting. I live in Columbus, Ohio and have been a UM fan since the days of Anthony Carter and into the Harbaugh years and to this day. I've never been this excited for an opening game in my life. I have complete faith in Harbaugh that he will turn this around and make us all forget the past few years as I try to all the time only to be woken to the taste of my tears. I have two young boys and much to my wife's chagrin they are conditioned to when they see the M on a shirt or hat they say "Go Blue" and I can't be more proud of them. Go Blue and let's kick some Utah ass tonight!
