His bio states he is from Columbus Ohio and was just in Cincinatti so he likely has strong Ohio connections. He played for BC from 2002 - 2005 on the DL and started coaching RB for BC but then moved to coaching D Line and special teams before then moving onto Cincinnati as RB coach. I'm sure if he's a valuable coach and gets along with the staff that he may very well get considered to take over for Mattison once he eventually retires.
I can't think of a penalty in sports that in certain situations couldn't be a 50/50 proposition. The bummer about targeting is that players miss game time.
I think you meant that the OP was biased and maybe he is but I'm pretty sure he's one of the reasons Higdon got looked at by Michigan. He has a connection to Karan as well as played at FSU I believe?? I think that's the case if I remember correctly. He may b biased, but he seems to have some legit inside connections. I'm curious in what way Higdon is the strongest back on the team OP?
It does affect us. If someone can't learn to dialogue and debate politely then the entire culture loses out on some of the contributors. I realize there will always be those who are willfully ignorant or those that do not want to learn/discuss things, but to purposely set aside safe zones, imho sets up individuals for failure, and indirectly our society misses out on that individuals potential contribution (be it in the workplace, social situations, or any number of relational situations).
If it's a revolver then that is believable. When a revolver is "cocked" it doesn't do anything to load or unload the gun, it simply reduces the effort to pull the trigger. I have no idea what type of gun was used but it's a realistic situation.
I'm not sure if it's considered "new" but I have recently discovered Passenger. Great lyrics. Their album "whispers" is so good. Recommend the songs, when we were young, whispers, riding to New York, setting Suns, and fools gold.
Oh how I wish tommy lee jones would have stayed on for the sequel! I'm not sure if you've seen the prequel called commanche moon but that is somewhat interesting to see them as young men. Steve zahn played Gus McCrae and I thought did a very good job. Certainly not as good as the original.
I have to agree with your assessment of Woodrow call and Gus McCrae. One of our sons is named Fletcher McCrae because of Gus's character and the meaning of McCrae is cool as well.
She was looking at hot dogs that were on sale when I said hello. I have four toddler boys so I was very much interested in the sale myself. I saw her later in the dairy section and almost brought up the whole milk but I didn't want to be too annoying.
Kind of a related story - I saw Jackie Harbaugh in our local grocery store today! I happened to wear a Michigan football shirt today and I asked if she was Jackie and I said GO BLUE and she smiled and said GO BLUE in return. She was very pleasant and courteous.
In terms of baseball managers, joe maddon gets a lot of attention. The baseball world is different but I think he has been edgy relative to his peers. He will speak his mind and his hipster glasses give a renegade edginess.
Frankfort is a small little town on a harbor. Beautiful sunsets and near the sleeping bear dunes. There isn't a lot to do in Frankfort but that might be exactly what you are looking for.
fight, and you may die. Run and you'll live, at least for a while and dying in your beds many years from now, would be willing to trade all of the days from this day to that for one chance, just one chance to come back her and tell our enemies that they take our lives, but they'll never take our FREEDOM !
Another example is the Vanderbilt baseball team (yes that school from the sec) that took their team to Maryland to the naval academy in the fall.
Where was the sec uproar when izzo took his team to Texas to practice so they could watch the college football playoff? Where was the uproar when izzo took his team to Cleveland to visit Dan Gilbert?
Yes. I really liked the slow mo. Very helpful for a novice like me at looking at tape. I've always struggled with seeing the big picture (and all the details within that big picture) in real time. Much easier to observe the multiple moving parts with slo mo.
I'm not trying to be mean but levert's father passed away when he was a child. Obviously a sad story but the below Journey video by BTN covers him and in it he talks about him and his brother finding his father dead. If you haven't watched it I would recommend it.
I'm very curious if Harbaugh will first of all be asked about this specific point and if he will answer it specifically. If the staff really was upfront in their communications, there would be no reason to state otherwise or hide from the question. A simple, "we communicated openly with our recruits and let them know of their standing within the class in a reasonable time to make proper decisions" would suffice. It says enough to not defame weaver and the other recruits but gives enough information to be held accountable to. If he ignores the question, it would only feed the detractors. Transparency (within reason) should be used on signing day and subsequent events where questions will arise.
I agree with this. I hope this is about grades and the lack of OV is a result of grades. If this is strictly based on performance on the field it seems shady due to the context of his recruitment, faithful commitment, and timing of it all.
