It seems like

It seems like you're talking about the difference between kids and adults not Spartys and Buckeyes.

Big Dog =

Big Dog = GRJ

GR3 = Big Dog Jr

The RPI

The RPI is broken.

Exhibit A: #2 New Mexico

The end.

The topic of conversation

The topic of conversation for Pistons fans should be what the hell is Monroe doing on this play.

Competition looked iffy

He took more hits from his linemen than from defenders in that video.  Toledo is a good school for RBs.

Don't forget

Don't forget that Horford was ahead of Morgan last year before the injuries.  Right now I'd say he's an injury risk but has NBA potential if he gets his body right.

I don't know how

I don't know how you can adjust to the public raping they were victim of.  It took 12 minutes and 8 turnovers to get 1 foul.  Albrecht drew 2 fouls on his first 2 possessions and the best point guard in the nation couldn't get 1 in a half.

I wouldn't go

I wouldn't go as far as calling it classless but if you must you can use "hairless nuts".

I'm available

"Price really isn't a huge factor."  Need any more friends?

I think Hoke will be fine

I think Hoke will be fine but he has benefited from the black hole in the depth chart for the o-line and an NFL DC.  You're not going to find another elite football program with such an opportunity to play early at oline.

Concerning the 1998 class, you have to credit Carr for coaching the NC team as a lure for recruits.  Winning is part of recruiting.

I like what Hoke has done so far but you're right, no elite RB (meaning coveted nationaly).  Most of his recruits are regional and number of the Ohio recruits were spurned by ohio from the onset.

Hoke's elite QB is a die-hard UM fan who was going to Michigan seemingly no matter what.  I'd like to see him win some battles for the skill players in addition to what he's done so far before crowning him successful beyond Carr.

I with you except

I with you except you statement that "Hoke is currently recruiting at a higher level than Lloyd ever did" is a stretch.  Carr pulled in many great classes.

no

No reason other than it's probably cheaper and worth playing even with the sequel available.

I have to second this

I have to second this.  Great game.

24-13

24-13 blue

scarface?

You mean the Pacino Scarface or the old B&W one?  Either you people are getting younger or I'm getting older.

he got redshirted

he got redshirted... maybe burning a year wasn't worth 20 minutes of playing time when Christian is a available.

That being said, I thought Christian should have gotten more pt instead of ye ole 4 guard, 1 small forward set.  3 guard 2 small forwards would have been better defensively and rebounding-wise(??)

do the people at fifa

Do the people at Fifa even watch the games?  How do we move up after that Canada friendly?  That was brutal.

ditto

ditto

i'm guessing

i'm guessing 60 kids get at least a 20-35 grade.

it says

it says i don't trust the insider who expressed that opinion

so how do you explain

so how do you explain the fact that i'm "the type to keep a fully-stocked bunker in case of the nuclear holocaust" and yet i like the gardner to wr idea?

disagree

i don't see why that means they won't give him a serious look.  being able to play another position is a good backup but i don't think it's the secret plan.

hoke mentioned he likes loading up on running backs because they're usually athletic and big enough to play other positions.  still you have to sort out who wins the rb job first and our current roster is light on rbs.

does that mean

does that mean smith and isaac are proven?

seriously?

so you'd rather make the sweet 16 than win the big ten?  the sweet 16 is more memorable?

i'd like to see this

pg burke

sg thj

sf vogrich

pf smotz

c morgan

then go athletic with

sf bd2

pf mcgary

c horford

sprinkle in

pg brundidge

sg stauskas

based on flimsy evidence...

according to his highlight video, he may have been recruited as fb for goaline situations

welcome

yay free lineman!  you never know after he puts on some good weight.

unavoidable

you have to play the good teams eventually

uh...

i thought about this long and hard (that's what she said) and all i could come up with is...

BEAT OHIO!!

twitter tracker twitter tracker twitter tracker!!

: Hey!!! You all want to become a part of todayyy??? ... Well so do I haha we'll see what happens!

curious

not highly rated but with the offer list he has i'm sure that'll change

ud signee

rvb was consistant with some impact plays but i see him as a guy that most teams would pass on for a higher ceiling type.  it's possible a team has a need and they like him enough to use a 7th round pick but likely he'll be a ud signee.  he'll have to show he can stand up to nfl linemen to make a roster or practice squad.  ps i know diddly

i do agree

i do agree it's a big unfair that the strengths of the conferences are determined by bowl games in which the big ten teams always have a further ways to go.  however your conference rankings don't factor in that 3 games are against weak conferences.

the sec & pac12 games are even.  the big12 games are a little slighted but they should be if we're the stronger conference.

my coworker

my coworker "apologized" for stealing the thunder of the win by announcing the meyer hire...  stealing the thunder!?  typical ohio delusion.

i didn't care enough

i didn't care enough to hate them until i moved to ohio when i was 10.  the fans really are total asses... even adults to kids it's unreal.

you may be right but

you may be right but i disagree with being passive.  i know this isn't the nfl but you've gotta blow up the blocker and attack the back field.  standing pat he had little chance at the rb or qb and the fb was able to block in the 2nd level.  it's a numbers game so if you at least take out a blocker you can still defend the play.  plus even if the fb blocks, if you wait for the hit it takes longer to get off the block.

duke on duke

duke was lucky.  got every call and made every half court prayer.  they're good shooters yes... aren't we supposed to be good shooters?  wtf.  me=angry+drunk

i like the pooping

i like the pooping pic.  the other ones are better but eh... whaddya gonna do

** can some one start a bball thread or a streaming link???

doesn't matter but

doesn't matter but only one of PSU, MSU, and Wis can stay at 2 losses so we should move up at least 1 and maybe 2.  clemson & sc play so we could move up 1 there.  also whichever team plays lsu prolly ends up with 3 losses and that should drop them.  i don't see ksu staying ahead of us if we win.

amen brother

amen brother... i know some michigan fans who'd buy tickets... i'll send em ur way

fail?

i don't get it

kinda like

kinda like how my 4 year old reacts to getting a timeout after i told him he'd get one if he didn't pick up his legos.  it's my fault for following up with what i said i'd do.

lol

really?  wow.  answer this... did her question illicit news or create a reality tv moment?  it's pathetic really.  And i know you people are just pawns or tools of our society but have some self respect.

I don't like looking

I don't like looking too far ahead but I think it's going to be interesting to see how much miracle Mattison can put into rebuilding our line the next couple of years.

defense!

defense was awesome for almost the whole game

offense was awesome in the first quarter

where was gallon?  i like seeing odums but gallon gets that endzone pass that went over odums.

where was the triple stack?

yay no duece

try jackson in there when garder's in.  they had a good hookup a couple games back and likely they get the most time together in practice.

straight pass protection seemed to work better than all the tricky play fakes

more t. gordon please

based upon his current play, woolfolk is our #6 and maybe even #7 db (add 1 if carvin was still around).  he's obviously hampered and i'm only noticing him late on plays.

jake ryan.  holy cow don't test the edge on his side.  he needs to pass whatever he's been smoking over to black and clark.

after seeing gardner hit odums in stride, i question the accuracy of drobs depth perception... seriously.  he's pretty good at crosses and slants but is almost always short or long on routes running away from him.

demotion?

I wouldn't call that position change a demotion.  He probably doesn't see the field otherwise.  Plus this actually gives him a chance at the next level.  Borges also noted that Hopkins has "bought in" to being a full back.

I don't understand

I don't understand the negativity toward Heininger.  Maybe this is misplaced (I'm not going to check the other game posts) but I feel he has gotten railed on all year about being below average and he has a good game and now he's "approaching average".

He's the starting DT on a good defense (better than we've seen in years), he's beaten out scholarship players and he's basically irreplaceable from what I've seen from the backups.  It sickens me to think he might hear Michigan fans consider him to be "approaching average" after all work he's no doubt put in to earn a starting position.

the score will be

34-13 meechigan

the grammar police

As for the grammar comment, which jon06 used to inflate his likely lacking ego, he showed some susceptibility against the blog read.

please take note.

dink and dump

we have to throw the ball downfield.  borges is right to make those play calls... denard has made those throws in the past he just has to execute.  passing near the line of scrimmage just allows the defense to pack the box.

we throw the ball to stretch the defense.  it just needs to get executed.
