These are well done and the best we have had since-- well, you know.

Is anyone else struggling with this new font? The individual letters on their own are fine, but when put together it is too short and squatty for my taste. Too much dead space between the numbers and the collar. I've noticed this on the other uniforms as well.

Living in Wisconsin my own kids had a brief infatuation with the Packers at age 9. My wife and I ignored it, and eventually they came back to the Lions. If it can happen with the Lions-- it should be no problem for UM. Nurture over nature my friend.

My father was on the sideline for that '69 OSU game for his recruiting trip as a high school senior. He ended up going elsewhere, but still talks about how cool it was to be there that day.

I know they get made fun of, but I love my Blue 03 Aztek. Body/paint still looks good with 230K miles and counting. Back hatch is good for tailgating. 

Still believe the Aztek was ahead of its time.

I lived in Port Orchard; and yes the weather is very different from AA. I had to mow my lawn from time to time in January-- very different from blowing snow.

Having lived in Madison for a couple years, I will attest that this is good logic . . . for Baggot. Believe it or not, this is one of his better pieces of writing. I do not kow how he has managed to keep that job.

Agreed. After living in Madison for a few years, I can never root for the Badgers unless they are playing ND. I root for every team that plays Cheeseheds of all varities (Pack, Bucky, bucks, brewers).

While everyone says "Pay them"; it is a huge issue. Most schools do not make money off of athletics and most sports do not make money. Who gets paid?

Also: jumping from high school to the NFL is not as easy as BB and the NBA. While there may be a few freak skill players that could make the jump, how many 18 yr old lineman and linebackers are ready physically for the NFL? Few to none.

There are enough crappy posts from posters trying to get points, I don't want to imagine how bad it would be if there was an actual reward for doing so.
