WTF is AXS tv and why in God's name
would they have a major pre-season hoops tournament played on a channel that no one has ever heard of and many do not get?
Is there some way I can blame either Delaney or Brandon for this?
Edit- for those not in the know, this is the random tv channel that is showing the Battle for Atlantis tournament which Michigan is playing in this week.

the thread title says nothing about any of this....for all anyone knows, before they click the thread, the OP could just be asking about a random tv network....that's why I said it was originally OT. Now if the OP would change the thread title to something like "Michigan Hoops on AXS tv, WTF is AXS tv?" That would certainly been on topic and make so much more sense. Would it not?

I have the Comcast sports package and it doesn't even include the SEC Network or CBS Sports Network. They told me I had to upgrade to digital preferred to get it.

It's HD channel 382 on Comcast, but you need to upgrade to digital preferred TV (which is $9.99 more per month). Total BS, the same thing happened a few years ago when one of our games was on Universal HD.

I had nearly forgotten that they used to be HDNet. Watched a fair amount of hockey on that station in the early-mid 2000s actually.
They've had the tournament for four years now though, the Battle For Atlantis. That I did not know. Interesting.

They show a lot of music stuff. This appears to be an attempt to diversify their lineup.
I recently discovered the "ONE World Sports" channel. They show everything but the major US sports. They've got Russian hockey, Chinese basketball, ping pong, soccer, badminton, and cricket. The Chinese basketball was hilarious. They get 1 or 2 non-chinese players per team. Those guys are US players who go for 30+ points and dominate the action. I half seriously told my son I'm moving to China to become a pro basketball player. The chinese guys were blowing layups left and right and making turnovers on nearly every possession.
