Brian Robinson, the running back for the Washington Football Team, was the first to promote these hats. I reached out to Noggin Boss to get a UM one for my son and was told that they did not have a licensing agreement with UM. So I decided if Noggin Boss didn't want to give the people what they wanted, I would make my own!
