Yep. I did a writeup on the preferred walk-ons back in April, including Jordan Glasgow:

Magnus - the scrolling on your site is really weird.
August 27th, 2015 at 3:14 PM ^
Was thinking the same thing about the site. Figured the kinks would get worked out soon though.
August 27th, 2015 at 3:32 PM ^
It works fine for me...the header is supposed to remain at the top of the page for easier navigating.
August 27th, 2015 at 3:42 PM ^
It scrolls - it just scrolls faster than a normal site, and the scrolling ends abrupty when you stop scrolling with your mouse.

the other 2015 preferred walk-ons, such as Jameson Offerdahl and Tommy Whitted (others?)?
August 27th, 2015 at 1:49 PM ^
On the pre-updated roster he was listed as a RB.
Canteen is still listed as a WR and Clark is still a safety I see.....
Hm.
August 27th, 2015 at 1:53 PM ^
So, I just this second got a duh-duh-duh duh-duh-duh ESPN update on my phone that says Brian Mone broke a bone in his foot and is likely done for the season!!??
Anyone know anything about this?
/s ...(gotta do the /s thing before incoherent piling on ensues)
August 27th, 2015 at 3:10 PM ^
Careful! I tried to post about this when it was more than just a rumor and got hammered pretty good. My head and butt still hurt!
August 27th, 2015 at 3:22 PM ^
You could afford the points. Besides, as Henry Hill said in Goodfellas: "everyobody takes a beating sometime."
August 27th, 2015 at 2:08 PM ^
We need a front page full breakdown.
August 27th, 2015 at 2:23 PM ^
Looking for him to grow into a dynamite Fullback with those Glasgow genes.
August 27th, 2015 at 2:27 PM ^
We hoard Glasgows like State hoards Bulloughs. If you've found a gene pool that consistently produces football player-sized men, you must hold on tight.

My cousin played on his team, so I got to watch him play... he's the smallest but the most athletic of the three.

Mason Cole 305 lbs FTW
August 27th, 2015 at 1:42 PM ^
James Ross is up to 241.
And now I see Bunting is up to 252... in fact he is 2 lbs heavier than Butt. That's one that Brian kept harping on (being undersized).

August 27th, 2015 at 1:49 PM ^
Also, neither gaining nor losing weight is good non-weight gain or loss.
August 27th, 2015 at 2:42 PM ^
...or losses.
August 27th, 2015 at 1:41 PM ^
Cole getting up over 300 was my favorite loss/gain on the roster. He was far too light in the Spring at 287 and I was legit concerned about his ability to hold up in the run game and against bull rushes. Now I see All-B1G as a distinct possibility.
August 27th, 2015 at 9:50 PM ^
Well if he's All-B1G this year with the weight gain, he can add that to his Frosh All-American from last year.
August 27th, 2015 at 3:20 PM ^
TWJ approaching 300 is impressive
August 27th, 2015 at 5:48 PM ^
Impressive in what sense? Food consumption? sure. Weight training? Im not so sure.
August 27th, 2015 at 1:37 PM ^
Antonio Whitfield is apparently still 5'4"
August 27th, 2015 at 3:11 PM ^
Now if he can just get over 300 pounds he would be an awesome RT.
August 27th, 2015 at 5:21 PM ^
imagine those cut blocks. Legs severed below the knees
August 27th, 2015 at 5:24 PM ^
What's wrong with a 5'4" 300lb running back?? That would be spectacular.
August 27th, 2015 at 1:39 PM ^
Projected starting OL: Cole 6'5 305, Braden 6'6 322, Glasgow 6'6 301, Kalis 6'5 305, Mags 6'6 305. Average starting OL weight is 307.6 lbs. That's adequate size to play manball.
August 27th, 2015 at 1:47 PM ^
Yes. And with better coaching and technique the sky is the limit.
August 27th, 2015 at 1:51 PM ^
Only 2 scholarship O linemen are under 300 now- Ulizio (True Fr) and Blake Bars. That's a good sign.
August 27th, 2015 at 1:57 PM ^
And Bars even put on 9 pounds. I was starting to think that it was in his scholarship to be chronically underweight.
August 27th, 2015 at 2:14 PM ^
Kalis gave Bars some props during the presser, which was nice to hear. I truly believe that the submarine's main impact will have made these guys a super-tight group.
August 27th, 2015 at 2:27 PM ^
how Bars had gotten unsolicited compliments (at press conferences) from Drevno and even Hoke last year. So, Bars may be the most underrated guy on the OL right now. We'll have to see of course.
August 27th, 2015 at 5:13 PM ^
Report from viewer of Jags-Giants preseason game:
1) Genes: Blake's Penn State brother Brad got some play at D-line for the Giants. (Not OT because Genes!)
2) AND Richard Ash (!!!) on the Jaguars roster (UDFA out of WMU where he did his 5th year), got plenty of playing time at nose tackle (looking really good to my ignorant eyes), but he's since moved up the roster from "other" on the D-line to 3rd string. Listed at 6'3" and 314 lbs, and it looks like seriously good weight.

Thank Christ.
I've been F5ing that roster with spring weights to check to see if they've been updated for about a month now.
August 27th, 2015 at 1:41 PM ^
I'll never question your dedication.
PS-why do you get negged so hard?
August 27th, 2015 at 1:43 PM ^
I'm sure Dave Brandon has multiple accounts here.
August 27th, 2015 at 1:53 PM ^
After all that's come out I wouldn't be at all surprised to hear something to the effect of Brandon having an assistant whose main responsibility was to monitor sentiment towards him on MGoBlog and the other main M sites.
August 27th, 2015 at 1:55 PM ^
And make sure someone gets his door when he pulls up...
August 27th, 2015 at 2:02 PM ^
And someone who could test his food to make sure it wasn't poisoned
August 27th, 2015 at 5:23 PM ^
It truly, truly, truly would not surprise me if Dave Brandon came snooping around as a troll.
For such an insecure guy, I'd actually be a little surprised if he wasn't at least reading the stuff written about him on here
