Or M, which is often shoft for Monday on calenders which are used to measure the passage of time by humans (THE SAME HUMANS WHO PARTICPATE IN FOOTBALL EVENTS)

"Monday Night football" is a popular NFL (A TYPE OF FOOTBALL) event, WHICH OCCURS ON MONDAYS (THE AFORMENTIONED DAY OF THE WEEK ARE YOU KEEPING UP PEOPLE)

On "Monday Night Football" there is an analysis and coaching entity known as Jon Gruden (OH SHIT IT'S COMING. HOLD ON TO YOUR PANTS PEOPLE)

M=Jon Gruden to Michigan Confirmed.

(YES YES YES. GRUDEN CONFIRMED. GET HYPE GET HYPE)

This is how I feel reading the MGoBoard the last 2 days.

Ugh.  I am so jealous.  I need to hit 10,000 MGoPoints already so I can get my MGoBlogUltimate membership.  Definitely excited for my "one free play call" perk.  I was hoping I'd hit that when Borges was still our OC and force him to do at least one bubble screen, but alas, I didn't climb the ranks of the MGoIlluminati quick enough.

Different jobs. Ablauf is in charge of the group that's responsible for how Michigan presents itself to the public. SID is a job Bruce Madej created in athletic departments: he's more like the curator of all history and knowledge and people etc., and acts as the liason between the media and the school. Derek wasn't a good liason--he was a Brandon flunky whose treatment of the media as the enemy helped expand the media's discontent with Brandon (and probably affected the coverage of him outside of this blog).

I would consider Greg Dooley the best candidate for SID. I would consider John U Bacon as the best candidate for Ablauf's job. Sense-make?

You should see a lot of Brandon people leaving over the next year. Most will leave voluntarily as they get new jobs elsewhere. Some may be involuntary. Brandon fired/pushed out a lot of long time staffers and replaced them with people that were under his control. You'll see those people realize their cover is blown and that they'll be subject to the wrong side of the same kind of wave that brought them in. A bunch acted in ways that were not smart knowing they were covered by Brandon. Now there isn't any cover. Don't be surprised if you see more of this.

If he really was the leak, then my confidence in Hackett just took another step forward.

At the very least, it's looking more and more like Michigan got a "cleanup man" in Hackett.  Hackett appears quite willing to clean up the mess someone else made.

"I'm Winston Wolfe. I solve problems. . . .

"Get it straight buster - I'm not here to say please, I'm here to tell you what to do and if self-preservation is an instinct you possess you'd better fucking do it and do it quick. I'm here to help - if my help's not appreciated then lotsa luck, gentlemen.

"That gives us exactly--forty minutes to get the fuck out of Dodge. Which, if you do what I say when I say it, should be plenty. Now, you've got a corpse in a car, minus a head, in a garage. Take me to it."
