No offense to anyone on here, but if you thought you would be getting information on ESPN that was either a) meaningful, or b) before it has been reported on MGoBlog you were setting yourself up for disappointment.  ESPN is good for live sports broadcasts and little else.  If you were relying on ESPN for up-to-date, team specific information, you have no one to blame but yourself.

I swear ESPN just says stuff so people will stay tuned and either push back the segment and keep you waiting or just not do it at all.  Happened to me many times when I follow the ticker on the side and the thing I want to see will just vanish.

bad, have slid so far? It seems like it should be the best sports news and game watching channel around, and yet them seem to get progressively worse? Can anyone enlighten me on that? Unfortunately, when I think of ESPN, I am reminded of Joey Galloway, who is symbolic to me of their slide into mediocrity.

He has remaining collegiate eligibility. He said that it's "not a given" that he'll be named the starter vs. Hawaii, but that he'd "have to fight for the job this week, just like everyone else."

publically, just like last year.

Harbaugh preaches striving for every possible 1% advantage. I don't think he will let up just because Michigan is a 41 point favorite against Hawaii.  (Maybe he'll change his play-calling and/or personnel when we're up 41, but not when the game is 0-0.)

EDIT: My hunch above, posted at 3:38 PM, had already been confirmed by Angelique Chengelis
