Traore to Auburn
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Traore commits to Auburn. Kind of felt like we weren’t in it even though in his final 4. I think they will look to the Transfer Portal for an experienced big.

Yeahhh, he always had that something that kept me from investing in his recruitment. Some kids give off ess eee see vibes.
Bruce Pearl = dirty dog - Nuff said.

Least surprising recruiting decision of the post-season

No more, Traore.
We already have experienced bigs.
two bags are better than one
It seems like Auburn’s bagmen got together and agreed they were never going to compete fully with Alabama in football so they have redirected all of their efforts to basketball. Should someone tell them there is something called NIL now? Because I could definitely see Auburn’s basketball team getting sanctions when Kentucky calls the NCAA and reminds them who is supposed to win the SEC in basketball.
Not surprised and to be a realist, it probably helped watching Jabari develop into a top 2 pick in the NBA draft. Picking LSU in the first place though is a head scratcher.

Pretty sure he was a projected top 5 pick before he played a minute at Auburn so I'm not sure I'd he "developed into a top 2 pick"
It's a little bit like OSU telling defensive back recruits "We'll get you to the league."
What's Bruce Pearl's lifetime sliminess score? Has to be high, right?
It sucks but it's pretty compelling salesmanship. Michigan gets little credit for developing Franz Wagner but kids will rave about Kentucky's track record with KAT and AD. We need a guy to become a perennial all-star
Sure seems like the Beilein years were chock full of recruits we all thought would be solid four year contributors, but then got too good under his tutelage and went early to the league.
The Traore! The Traore! The Traore!
Traore has so obviously been following the illegal bag. Unless underperforming SEC schools famous for paying players just happen to be his preference in school...
What a surprise. It’s like saying, I wonder what team has been caught giving kids money for tattoos and cars in the BIG10 before, during, and after NIL. It’s a state connected to Michigan's borders. Peace
So, which school is it -- Purdue or Indiana?
Wisconsin?
I said hey, Traore, Auburn has got your money.
No surprises.
In the new world of NIL, I wonder how much $$$ has been neutralized as a factor. Because there's also a very legitimate argument that Auburn is just a really good basketball program.
I feel like we're super in the dark about how well Michigan is able to compete with bag men now that kids can make money legitimately.
