TN Satellite camp live

It is a beautiful day here in Murfreesboro, TN. Harbaugh and almost the entire coaching staff are here with coaches from Vanderbilt, MTSU, TSU, and several other teams. Harbaugh is wearing a Delanie Walker 82 jersey from the TN Titans. There's about 400 kids here and at least another 400 fans and media members. Incoming freshman Nate Johnson 4* WR out of Independence high school is also out here watching the camp. I had a few words with the young man and he is a humble young gentleman. I also asked Jim Harbaugh for a photo he said "no photos NCAA won't let" with a big smile on his face. The camp started 5pm central. It is still going on. I just wanted share this camp experience with my fellow MGOBLOGGERS. Go blue.

My one question then - does Bret Bielema show up for just  coffee, or is it also customary to sacrifice an entire pig farm of ribs to him as well? Certainly he shows up to any camp - if he decided to attend one - hungry as well, and sometimes there isn't a Golden Corral handy, so it must fall to the host.

the Walker jersey is a good move. Plays for the local team but also played for Harbaugh. Reminds everyone that Harbaugh has the NFL bona fides and you can bet there will be an article or two with interviews of Walker supporting Harbaugh. It's all good. You know when he wears the Woodson jersey it will be a big deal, including Wwodson being at the camp. Is there a particular DB recruit who may be impressed by a Woodson appearance? Expect a Wwoson sighting.

has anyone seen the specific NCAA rules that prevent Harbaugh from posing for photos and signing autographs? I know this has been a thing, but I never heard the official rule.

I would not be confused with a camp attendee ...that's for sure.  The few gray hairs I have would be a giveaway.  And Coach has posed for pics with two friends of mine in the past two months at different events -- one of which honoring teachers and the other an Alumni Event -- so I would presume the NCAA rules apply only to the kids/recruits and their family.  Someone posted an account of the MS camp on Reddit and said he was able to get autographs from some coaches ...being that he was neither a parent nor a recruit.

Then again, nothing wrong with being a bit careful when it comes to these things and with the SEC obsession of the camps.

I just asked coach Bush Sr if any other Flanagan kids going come up North. He said, "yes! Two!" Then he and back and said "three!"
I love this staff the coaches are super friendly.

Section 69 article B clause S States that no coach with the initials JH shall provide for any member of the public an autograph, photograph or other gesture of goodwill.

I spoke with Nate Johnson, his parents were there, all of them are really nice people.

He also said it was down to Michigan, ND, and Miami(YTM) -

His dad had him rank the schools in several categories and in the end the BigHouse, Coaching Staff, opportunity to win NC and Academics was what won out.

Oh, and he was never waffling on his commitment as some outlets tried to portray...

...Brian Kelly is way to serious...

and he does read MGOBLOG - but not alot.

Loved seeing all of the Michigan apparel in Tennessee!
