Does anyone have the time of his announcement? I think he's going Blue.
[ED:BISB - According to Allen Trieu, Diamond is announcing at 7:00 Central/8:00 Eastern:

in Connecticut? What does Connecticut have to do with this? I thought he was from Chicago
/s
February 3rd, 2012 at 9:04 AM ^
CT must be Chicago Time...or he's doing it at Cass Tech. Weird.
February 3rd, 2012 at 9:35 AM ^
The guy is in Chicago, which is central time. And he's not coming to Michigan anyway, so who cares.
February 3rd, 2012 at 10:11 AM ^
your sarcasm meter is obviously malfunctioning

I wouldnt get your hopes on Diamond committing tonight. Just reading some insider info, and all I can say is that it doesnt look good.
February 3rd, 2012 at 11:20 AM ^
Duh! Connecticut's home to ESPN and EVERYTHING to do with sports is on the "Sports Leader"! The sports’ world equivalent of Greenwich Mean Time. So there is GMT and CT! 8)

#HALOL. This should end well.

<br>Btw 7 central.
February 3rd, 2012 at 7:13 AM ^
Heard Stefon Diggs is on campus today.
February 3rd, 2012 at 7:17 AM ^
Where? When? Who said that? Did you tweet it?
February 3rd, 2012 at 7:50 AM ^
Did Brionte Dunn come with him?
February 3rd, 2012 at 8:06 AM ^
Yeah, they're personally delivering Devin Gardner's red shirt.
February 3rd, 2012 at 8:09 AM ^
And Demar Dorsey pops out of a cake at the redshirt ceremony.
February 3rd, 2012 at 8:22 AM ^
Dee Harts still undecided at the minute.
February 3rd, 2012 at 9:07 AM ^
I'll see you all and raise you a Rojo
February 3rd, 2012 at 10:55 AM ^
RoJo is solid blue. His mom won't stop him from coming to Michigan

February 3rd, 2012 at 7:19 AM ^
Ace Williams of course! hahah
February 3rd, 2012 at 7:36 AM ^
I think we are about 11 hours and 25 minutes from our next embarrassing fan reaction.
February 3rd, 2012 at 7:40 AM ^
I totally agree. We care too much about recruiting. I think we miss out on another great kid
February 3rd, 2012 at 7:48 AM ^
Tremendous confidence, boys.
February 3rd, 2012 at 7:54 AM ^
I haven't heard good things out of the "experts", and I did have confidence in Garnett. Basically I need a defense mechanism.
February 3rd, 2012 at 8:55 AM ^
Let's go back to predicting all of our targets will commit. That was fun.
February 3rd, 2012 at 8:12 AM ^
Honestly at this point I don't really give a shit. It fills the void between now and tonight. Personally I think this high school coach that makes them wait this long needs to take a look at today's recruiting world. Most kids commit early so they can enjoy their senior year without as many distractions. Also classes fill up fast and coaches take kids on a first come first served basis. Unless you are in the SEC where there is always room especially after the redshirt Jr. on special teams applied for medical hardship. It just seems like a lot to put a kid through for the sake of a few others especially with YouTube being available to spread their highlight tapes.
February 3rd, 2012 at 4:45 PM ^
Yeah, it might make sense to do it a couple days before NSD.
February 3rd, 2012 at 9:37 AM ^
The only good thing about this thread is your avatar, Adrian. I've always been a fan of it.
February 3rd, 2012 at 7:57 AM ^
however, i've heard 8, 9, 12, 1 etc. Who knows........I know I don't feel he's coming to M.
February 3rd, 2012 at 8:01 AM ^
I predicted that Kozan, Garnett, Grant, and Diamond wouldn't go blue. I'll be disapointed if Diamond doesn't choose Michigan, but at the same time I'll think that I know more about recruiting than the experts. That makes me more smarter than them.
February 3rd, 2012 at 8:08 AM ^
More smarter. Well done.
February 3rd, 2012 at 8:29 AM ^
It was /s, I think.
February 3rd, 2012 at 9:26 AM ^
I thought so too - but then I read it again.
February 3rd, 2012 at 8:25 AM ^
You are so smart. S-M-R-T.
February 3rd, 2012 at 9:31 AM ^
The problem with your logic about being better than the experts: the odds are in your favor by a lot if all you have to do is say recruits won't go somewhere instead of actually predicting where they go.
February 3rd, 2012 at 11:12 AM ^
That's only true if you use unweighted odds.
February 3rd, 2012 at 8:06 AM ^
I wouldn't worry about it. He's not coming here.
February 3rd, 2012 at 8:15 AM ^
who is burying everything?
February 3rd, 2012 at 8:21 AM ^
I actually had a dream last night that we lost out on Jordan Diamond. I think I need this recruiting cycle to end so I can reevaluate some priorities in my life.
February 3rd, 2012 at 8:33 AM ^
Please tell us the guys who are going to commit before undertaking that life priorities reevaluation. Who knows, maybe your the next THE_KNOWLEDGE? Think about how much time you could save the coaching staff if you could tell them who is going to commit.
February 3rd, 2012 at 8:57 AM ^
I reevaluated my priorities, and decided that cluing the staff in on my premonitions is #1. Done and done.
February 3rd, 2012 at 8:40 AM ^
February 3rd, 2012 at 8:48 AM ^
I like how if someone says they don't have a good feeling about it they get downvoted and hidden.
February 3rd, 2012 at 8:57 AM ^
To be fair, someone just posting "I don't have a good feeling" (or "I have a good feeling," for that matter) doesn't contribute to the discussion at all.
February 3rd, 2012 at 11:14 AM ^
Neither do 90% of the comments on this board. I fail to see your point.
February 3rd, 2012 at 8:55 AM ^
when I found out who our new recruits were during the season opener when they were tossed in to the frey to be mildly abused by seinors from Eastern Michigan or Miami-Oh. Now I now their names, high-schools, shoe size and wine preference before Spring practice. Wow how things have changed.
February 3rd, 2012 at 9:22 AM ^
Wine preference? No wonder we sucked for as long as we did. Wine is for pussies. Hoke must have mandated either whiskey or beer.
February 3rd, 2012 at 9:07 AM ^
I don't have a good feeling about this. /test
February 3rd, 2012 at 9:13 AM ^
No shocker here. I'm more interested and hopeful for Kozan. I have a feeling Kozan is waiting to see where Diamond is going before he decides. If Diamond goes Auburn, expect Kozan to announce Michigan within 24 hours. BOOK IT!
February 3rd, 2012 at 9:16 AM ^
I think the OP has a pretty legit question. I wish I could answer it myself. My guess is that very few posters on this thread know so they are reverting to some snarky comment instead of actually contributing. A few sarcastic and funny posts are alright without getting answered, but this is like a 30+ post thread of nothing of any value besides a bunch of a-holes going off on a legit question.
\Now everyone go to their room!

Sorry Dad...
