Why didn't OSU go for two. People always say "it's too early" but what does that even mean? Under what plausible scenario is being down by one preferable to being 50-50 to tie / be down by two? Heck, when is down by two actually worse than down by one, unless you're planning to score a safety?

Bama DB trips and falls, wide open TD. Notice that OSU WR had to slow down and almost stop to catch the ball? Had the DB stayed on his feet no way its a TD. OSU really taking it to Bama, if Bama doesn't start making some succesful offensive drives it's going to be a blowout.

That said we were in the OSU game last 2 seasons with Hoke coached teams. Can't wait to see what Harbaugh can do.

But with Miss State and Ole Miss being routed, with Auburn beat by a lukewarm Wiscy, the vaunted SEC west is still very good, but not on the other level the ESPN talking heads have been spouting off for much too long.

If I have to choose, BIG TEN OVER SEC...........

Michigan can take them down a peg, don't need Bama to do it for us. Hell, we played them better than Bama is.

So how come ESPN did not say "If Alabama does not score here it could be all over" the way they did when Ohio State was down?  Still the SEC bias.

I hate the Buckeyes. Gotta give them credit tho, third string qb starting his second game ever is playing lights out for the moment. I'm excited we will have coaching like that now.
