I'm with Decatur Jack. This kid wants to play for a team that is ready to win a title right now and that is, unfortunately, not Michigan (yet). We don't have a good enough offensive line and seem not be getting a lot of elite OL in recruiting. Bama has a fantastic line and will continue to do so. That is what Najee is likely looking at. I really hope he comes to Michigan, but doubt it happens. I gave up on this idea about a week or two ago.

Well the team and players that I know were delusional too since they were all telling Webb we had 'em, and players told me "we got 'em" a couple of weeks ago or so. Though the most recent word from the last guy I spoke to was he no longer thought so as of a couple days ago, but wasn't sure.
I mean unless this was a grand plan to waste our recruiting time and efforts we should've been spending elsewhere, and scare off other RB's, then he must have been truly considering this down to the wire, even if this is true and he doesn't flip. Why keep your mouth shut to the writers and scouting services but privately lead on Michigan players and staff? If it was sabotage it would've been a lot easier to plant some shit in the media, or at least to include that in order to put this over, than to forge a bunch of fake relationships and intentionally lie to or mislead everyone behind the scenes.
