Amen to that. If he plays, you know OSU will be trying to rough him up on every down possible. Hard to imagine he could survive 4 quarters of the type of pressure he will see. On the other hand, with a full game under his belt, maybe Johnny O' can take a huge step forward. He will certainly need to.

Speight starts, bue does he finish the game? That's the better question.  Speight is gonna take a shot to his left shoulder.  It's inescapable.  Can he continue after taking a shot to his left shoulder?

- Another question:  If Speight cant go, O'Korn gets knocked out of the game, and Peters is currently practicing better than Morris, do you burn Peter's redshirt and play him VS OSU?

chance to win? He hasn't been getting many reps with the offense all season. Just giving them to him this week would reek of desperation. Compounding that is the pressure it would put on a true freshman. He goes from expecting to redshirt  to being the savior of the season at Ohio Stadium. That might go badly even if he looked ready. I'm guessing O'Korn looked better in practice than he did against Indiana.

Premise of the question is if Speight AND O'Korn are injured, and Peters is practicing better than Morris, do you play Peters?  No one is arguing to play Peters over O'Korn, although maybe I should have phrased it that way.  Let's try this again...

- If for some strange reason Harbaugh is convinced Peters is Michigan's best option for defeating OSU, do you play Peters?

I say yes, you play Peters, even if he is a horrible option, but the best option.  Defeating OSU this year in particular, is gigantic.  It's more important than keeping the redshirt for a potentially wonderful future QB.

I heard harbaugh is going to use that play at the end of Remember the Titans all game just to keep OSU on their toes. You know, the play with 2 quarterbacks (Fake 23 blast with a backside George reverse). I also heard harbaugh is going to rotate all the QBs through this 2-QB play -- speight, o'korn, Morris, Peters, malzone, gentry, DPJ, denard, Mike hart...I also heard harbaugh himself might get under center for a few plays, too. I guess we'll have to wait and see...
