The truth is somewhere in the middle, I personally think IU was choking but then again that Minnesota press was really getting home on a lot of possessions. Minnesota is certainly in the conversation for top 3 in the B1G.

I may have been wrong about Pitt. I thought they would contend for the Big East title, but it looks as if they haven't gone over the hump from last year. Maybe that win doesn't look as good as it used to. But that's OK. NC State is looking really good right now and K-State has been playing really well. you just never know sometimes.

Pitt's non-conference schedule was a joke and gave little indication to the Panthers' actual identity. They played Michigan very tough as we know, but had zero quality wins amongst their non-conf conquests. Seriously, their best win before Georgetown (no doubt a solid victory) was either Detroit or Lehigh (with CJ McCollum). Weak.
