if they were tired or drained, etc. We put it to them today in a way that I feel I must eat a little crow. Not only was I wrong about the outcome (I had BYU winning comfortably) but I may have to start saying this team has a VERY GOOD defense as opposed to merely good. That was domination in a way I hadn't seen in many years. BYU under Mendenhall have always been physical teams that don't beat themselves. They didn't beat themselves, we beat their ass - period. I love when I'm wrong in these instances because even in victory I didn't see THAT kind of domination. The only thing I'll say I had right is that the defense can't be VERY GOOD without Rudock (he earned rightful spelling today) playing well. He did. GO BLUE!

Been a long time since we had a Saturday as relaxing as this.  That was fun.  Gave up 14pts in the last 3 games, 38 for the season.  Sparty's gotta be worried.

Never doubted all week we would win but was overwhelmed by the progress they showed over the previous weeks. This is coaching. This is execution. This is M... nope, I'm not going to say it. This team's actions say it now.
