Poll: Are You Going to "The Big Chill?"

Submitted by steve sharik on
For those who don't know, "The Big Chill" is the outdoor hockey game at Michigan Stadium vs. Michigan State. A sellout would set a world record for attendance at any hockey game. Take my poll!

Anybody who doesn't go to this loses half their Michigan Man points instantly. It doesn't matter how much you like hockey. This is a once and for all record setting hockey game. I implore all of you, if you don't go, then Sparty wins and will buy your ticket(s). IF YOU CARE ABOUT MICHIGAN, GO TO THIS GAME AND REPEAT AFTER THE STUDENTS!

April 21st. Football and hockey non-student season ticket holders can already order theirs. If you know somebody that has hockey season tickets, I'd have them get tickets for you.

I thought this was important and true enough to post again. If we don't beat the attendance record of the Cold War I, it shall be an embarrassment Michigan will never live down ever. Ever. If State takes over the Big House, it will be an embarrassment Michigan will never live down, ever. If you don't repeat after the students, often and loudly, we will probably survive, but you will have less fun and everyone will complain about the blue hairs and how boring they are. I also don't care if you don't like hockey (who doesn't like hockey?!?!), you can suck it up and deal with a couple hours of Michigan beating on State for the good of the order.

I was planning on popping my Big House cherry with the '11 OSU game (been a fan since I was 5, just never got around to making the trip) but this jumped to the top of the list as soon as it was announced. Hotel booked, just need the tickets. April 21st can't come soon enough.

Unless they sell out. ;-P I didn't even know they were on sale yet. I thought they were going to offer tickets to the Season Ticket holders first, and haven't received my Season Ticket Package yet. Or is everyone who has tickets already students? But yeah, we'll be freezing our ass off, but how can you not go to history...especially when it's in walking distance?
