Looking at the box score, Minny had 433 yards of offense: 299 passing, and 134 on the ground. Penn State a mere 351, against the worst team in the big ten. I like our chances next week.

Our chances are good. I think we see a renewed and refocused Michigan team this week.

Newsome seems to have a knee injury. More likely to see McGloin, my guess. Either way, if we have to play either 2nd or 3rd string, things can only look up. However, seems they were keeping Bolden out as precautionary mostly and word is he'll be ready to go next week barring any unforseen complications

Beano Cook was interviewed on ESPN's Penn State team page on ESPN.com. Paterno needs three (now two after today) wins for 400. It's Beano, but he predicts that Paterno hangs it up if he gets those wins.
They get Michigan, Northwestern, Indiana. and MSU at home and only have 1 more road game (at Ohio State).
I'd be shocked it we aren't very very sharp on Saturday.

Would love to see a(nother) record performance from Denard next week. 600 yds total offense? Lets go 200 on the ground and 400 in the air.

I like Denard's chances to go over 200 on the ground this week, with Michigan over 300. Need to see a healthy Michael Shaw out there. Go Blue!

....but next Saturday is the 1 day a year I root against them. Jo Pa seems pretty out of it lately. I love the guy but he needs to find his replacement and bring him in as a coach-in-waiting or step off and be a consultant to the team.

I'm assuming that the title of the post is a reference to that video of a drunk Penn State fan screaming after the Manningham catch. It was priceless. Can't find it anywhere anymore. If anyone has it, please post it!

I don't really hate PSU, but I do hate the fact that starting next year, we're only slated to play them four out of 10 years, since it won't be a protected cross-division game. This has become one of my favorite games of the year. I want divisional realignment.

Got lots of looks with my Michigan license plate on the front. Made my skin crawl being around all those homers.
Son and I cannot wait until next weekend to see the beatdown live!
