I, for one, am okay with this post and have upvoted it.

The other one was just the home listing and a bunch of jokes.

This one actually has information about the owner and some of this stuff. Maybe we have some Hamilton HS grads who knew him, but didn't know THIS about him. The dude has twice as much memorabilia in storage as he has in his house. This would be an American Pickers honey hole if they focused on college memorabilia and history.

I was the one who made the post a couple days ago and I agree, its cool that this article actually highlights the home owner, not just the house. Two days ago, I had no idea who owned the home. Through the comments section of that post, a few MGoBlog readers commented that they had the home owner as their teacher, etc.

If it makes you feel any better, I had not seen the other post about it.  It's amazing what some people will do to their house when a woman is not involved.

The chances that this person isn’t on mgoblog is slim. This is the 2nd post about it and nobody is claiming it. Which one you sick bastards does this house belong to?  And what the hell is wrong with you that you’re selling it??

I know the intent here is that this works in the repost sense, but go deeper. This is an evolved and deeper version of the initial post, with more information about the owner and what makes him tick. Just like Bill - er, Phil - grew and evolved throughout his one-day journey in Punxsutawney.
