I love how we show almost every sport being played at any time anywhere on the world on SOME specific one of hundreds of channels or streaming platforms but you might not be able to watch Michigan / MSU in Switzerland in 2019 ... wtf, rest of Earth. Get with it.

That's how i was able to watch in Copenhagen & Stockholm. I was lucky and both my AirBnB had Samsung TVs so i could cast it on there. If you have a laptop you should be good to go. I would assume he does this for every game.

That's funny, because I literally just Googled 'Sports bars in Geneva Switzerland' and eight different bars came up. Each with a review that mentioned sports games and multiple tv screens. So, I call bullshit on your "it wasn't helpful" excuse. Nice try though!

You have to dig a bit deeper than just googling it dude. Those places are advertising that they are showing FA cup and other big soccer matches at the same time.
Getting a college football game on at the same time seems unlikely.

Spring Brothers was an Irish pub and they'd put on whatever you asked them to but upon closer inspection, seems to be closed now. Mr. Pickwick or sit in your hotel room and stream it.

I can't remember which MGoUser had the discord server? They have streamed all games this season, which saved me when Fox and Dish had a dispute. I downloaded the Switch App to my Amazon Fire TV and have run the game though that a few times.
BTW... I live in Geneva and normally stream through my sister's DishAnywhere App.

The wife is respectful of college football Saturday and understands rivalries, so I am free to watch and even invite people over to watch...

I have never had a problem finding US sports streams in Europe. It is in the US that I sometimes struggle but it is largely unregulated in Europe. You just have to learn to deal with the pop-up ads, etc that the streaming sites use to pay their bills.

Last year I was in Zurich for the Ohio State game and tried to find a bar to watch at, but had no luck. I emailed a few people from the local alumni chapter and posted on the the Zurich subreddit, but couldn't find any bar that would be showing any college football. We ended up just streaming it at the Airbnb.
Hopefully you have better luck in Geneva, but I think you'll probably need to just stream it.
