OT: What's on your plate for SB46? This is what I made..

Submitted by Mercury Hayes on

Every year I make something outrageous for the Super Bowl. This year it was a freezer casserole. Check out the finished product (I posted a video on YouTube). Let me know what you think and let everyone else know what's on your plate for tonight's game.

Most people usually say that, then they try what I make and are hooked. In 2009 I made the Bacon Explosion a 6lb bacon log. in 2010 it was a an 8lb calzone with ham, cheese, ground beef, bacon and mozarella sticks, last year I made bacon wrapped mozarella sticks and now this.

Sorry but the amount of fat and cheese on the dish made me want to puke.

I will be having whatever they are giving away for free at Couzens Dorm!

Completely from scratch: Chana Masala with paneer

Chickpeas in a Masala simmer sauce with homemade paneer (cheese).

One of the best things in the entire world of food, and a receipe I have developed over the past 2 years. It's epic.

Yeah it is very greasy and fattening, but it is for a party with a ton of people so I do it more for fun than anything else. The ladies usually get grossed out while the guys love it.

I just read the subject line as asking about "Senate Bill 46" and I wondered what that proposed legislation could possibly be that warranted discussion on MGoBoard without being political enough to be verboten.

I need to stop thinking about work all the time.

Me and the wife made: Buffalo chicken dip, fried pickles, pizza poppers, and earthquake cake( chocolate cake, cheese cake, cocunut, and walnuts all mixed together.)

Parents brought over: 7 layer dip, quac, chicken wings, bacon wrapped steak medallions, bacon wrapped shrimp and cheese, chicken and apple sausage, and hot links.

Best spread we have ever had.
