OT: Mden Gift card help

Tried calling the 1-800 #, but you can imagine that has been fruitless. I have three gift cards I just received in July for my birthday. Trying to use them now online and when I check out it is asking me to type in the last 8 numbers on the card and then enter in the 4 digit PIN number. On each of the cards there is no 4 digit pin #, only a 16 digit number. Anyone provide any insight?

Did you try typing in the 4th-12th number and using the last four as the PIN?

MDen will not process any of my cards. I ended up trying all of my CC's and eventually my debit card as well. Every single time, with every single card, I've gotten the exact same message "Sorry, there was a problem with your credit card information, please call 1-800-462-5836 for assistance."

Anyone else gotten this? I just want a dang shirt.

However, you also have to provide a credit card for the purchase. No worries, we do not charge your card if your gift card covers the entire balance.

I guess just post pics of all the gift card numbers so I can try it out for you. Once I get all the Jordan gear delivered to me we'll know it worked.

Obviously you shouldn't do this, but I wouldn't be mad if you did.

edit - just type last 8 digits only, leave the pin blank.

I had 2 gift cards without a pin and 1 with a pin and entered the last 8 numbers and no pin for the 2 that had no pin and when I checked out it took off the correct amount even though I had no pin

I just used a couple gift cards as well without needing to enter a PIN. Just enter the last 8 numbers on your gift card, and it should work.
