OT Discussion for a slow Monday. Who would you spend a day with?

Submitted by theytookourjobs on

Just to pass the time.  So you can spend a day with any one person on earth.  Who would it be and why?  Let me throw in a few rules to eliminate the obvious.  Keep it to 3 options, you do not get to have any form of adult situations with them.  No religous figures, and to keep it interesting, if you choose someone from history, your day would be spent in their era. I'll start;

Jimi Hendrix at Woodstock - Would have loved to have been at Woodstock and who better to be there with then one of the greatest musicians ever

Jesse James - Love the old west, and would have loved the outlaw lifestyle

Anybody that was at the Roswell crash site that night - I need to know man

If a stranger asked them who would they spend their dinner with? My bet is on their parents. It happened on one of those gotcha clips on facebook. The parents all said Jimi Hendrix or Thomas Jefferson or Tom Hanks you know their favorite people. Then they put them(parents) in a room in front of a closed curcuit TV and ask their kids who would they like to spend dinner with and to a child they all said their parents and their parents who were watching this were balling like babies because they did not pick their child to spend dinner with. Something for all of us to think about...

Ok back to your wanting to spend time with anyone but your own kids.

My uncle, who died suddenly when I was 8 months old and who was, by all accounts, a wonderful person. Nearly 30 years later it still hurts my dad to talk about him. Would love to spend a day with him, play some tennis, drink a beer, hear funny stories about my dad and aunt when they were kids.

Not a hard choice.

President George W. Bush at anytime post-9/11 - He has seen some cool and also some horrific, disturbing shit. I'd love to hear his stories. Also he is hilarious, a good person, and always clearing random brush and shit on his ranch. Would be the most interesting day of my life.

Jim Harbaugh - I'm sure would put me to work doing something and I'd be so honored to do it.

Chief Justice Earl Warren - Issued some monumental court decisions and I have to know the truth behind JFK.

1. Donald Trump - Because I still can't tell if he is serious or just trolling

2. Mike Tyson - Because I think it would probably be hilarious

3.  Chistopher McCandless - To tell him to turn around
