Wanna know how I know that your........maybe I shouldn't do that here
Confusing "your" and "you're" is a huge grammar blunder and that sort of thing is just not tolerated on this site.
On the flip side, liking Coldplay definitely makes you gay.
Curses! I can't believe I did that. My apologies MGoCommunity. i want to blame on the fact I spent 5 hours working on an engineering project but I can't excuse something like that.
if liking Coldplay makes you gay then sign me up. whoo!!
Don't you mean "that's faaaabulous!"?
I've seen Coldplay live twice. They put on a pretty good show.
But I'm not totally gay, because I saw Rage Against the Machine one time at the Palace of Auburn Hills.
Also, one time I killed a guy with a trident.
Oh, Tridents are soooo gay...now a Katana Sword like Duncan McLeod uses, now you're talkin'...
but I do like "God put a Smile upon your Face"

I love Coldplay. I love seeing women have sex. So yeah, I guess I'm gay in a sense...
I think Coldplay is like a watered down, talentless, soulless, commercialized radio-friendly version of Radiohead. Just my snobby e-pinion, but they offend my music taste buds. Don't mean to insult anyone, just had to stand up for my taste in music.
But I'm on my phone so I'll just say that I mostly agree. Coldplay fills the niche of indie rock on the radio. Coldplay is probably like the 300th best band in their genre.
Glad I'm not the only one. To me Cold Play is to "indie" what Jon Mayer is to "singer-songwriter."
Yeah, but in Mayer's case you put up with it, due to his exceptional guitar playing ability. Coldplay, not so much.
Umm, no offense, but I don't put up with it. There are so many exceptional guitar players out there...no need to put up with Mayer's whiny douchebaggery to hear great guitar playing.
The only guitarist in Mayer's age group that even comes close to his skill is Derek Trucks. Listen to his bluesy stuff in John Mayer Trio or live, or listen to any of his Hendrix covers. He's the only guy to properly cover Jimi since Stevie Ray Vaughan.
Thanks
...apparently Creed has a new album. I'm so stoked.
Chris Martin seems like a decent guy and an ok musician, but i just see them as bland, inoffensive and as was stated earlier, inferior to alot of bands in their genre. again, snobbishness aside, they are likely destined for background restaurant music duty and other such situations if they are not there already.
How many Joe Satriani songs will Coldplay be playing in this show?
Their music is awful IMO, and the lead singer named his child Apple. Fucking Apple, for crying out loud. What a cruel individual.
Yeah man, he needs to take a lesson from Frank Zappa imo.
Even if you hate Coldplay, the video for Strawberry Swing is pretty impressive visually:

I'm not a big OK Go fan. I saw them several years ago when they opened for They Might Be Giants at the State Theater in Ann Arbor. They were okay, but they have a couple videos that are pretty fun, including the one linked above.
Rube Goldberg Machines are the fucking shit. I couldn't even get my goofy ass Domino Rally thing to work as a kid, I have no idea how people have the patience to set these things up.
Yeah, that one's probably more impressive, but the other one is more fun, I think.
Who doesn't love a good Ghillie Suit?
Whoever's about to get shot.
did anyone actually download the free concert? its pretty good.
