True Blue Grit

This is so sad.  We've been watching him many nights for years.  He fought a really hard battle with cancer and did well to keep active until close to the end.  I'd like Greatest game show host of all time, for a $1,000 Alex.  RIP.

It's sad watching the gameshow host icons pass away.  Outstanding personalities like Trebek, Barker, etc. to carry shows like that and give them proper entertainment value seem to be a relic of the past.

Aw, man. He's been part of my routine since after-school days in middle school. Tried so hard to get on the show for a couple years, did really well on the tests, but never got the call. Wish I'd gone as a studio audience guest before he passed.

Still the only trivia show worth a damn after all these years.

RIP to the gentleman who is arguably the most respected and beloved game show host EVER.

May you forever be the question to the answer: "GOAT Game Show Host"

I'll take Things that are Room Temperature for $1,000 Alex.

Loved that show.  Kind of eerie that I was watching SNL Celebrity Jeopardy on youtube last night.  RIP.

I just went through so many of those old SNL celebrity jeopardy Connery-Trebek skits after Sean died last week ?

He was diagnosed just weeks before my wife's Stage 4 Liver cancer diagnosis in April of 2019.  My wife passed away June 6 of this year.  I totally understand what his family is going through.

This is the worst year in my 56 years on this planet.
