OT: 1,000th MGoPoint. What did you do?
Barring a significant negbang, I am approaching my 1,000th MGoPoint after twelve years following this blog. Needless to say, I am very excited.
I was thinking of inviting twenty or thirty friends over for steaks on the grill by the pool and a wide assortment of beers and mixed drinks, with continuous sharing of some of our favorite MGoMoments. But I would be open to suggestions.

When I hit 1,000 points, Brian sent me a fleeced lined denim jacket with his face embroidered on it. I wear it to weddings and other occasions that call for fancy attire.

I think at 1,000 was the special 1-on-1 hangout with Brian. Or maybe Heiko was 1,000 and Brian is at 10,000. All the MGoSwag you get is great too. It's like a bowl game but for people who argue in internet forums

I wish I could relate. Brian put me at -10,000 points after the Ohio State game in 2016. I got back from Columbus a day later and he had stopped the bitch posting and I was unaware. I won’t get to zero in my lifetime. Glad I can still post, but I can’t start a new topic.
