OSU finally gets a QB commit.
Finally, after 3 QBs say no in Gardner, Montana and Hendrix they get a commit from, 75th ranked per scout and unranked per rivals, Taylor Graham. Apparently all of our 3 stars suck but this 1 is a great pick up and such a steal by the staff. OSU fans and that danggum hippieocracy.

He's also the son of former OSU QB, Kent Graham. FWIW
As a Giants fan I will say this: Kent Graham was fucking terrible.
I don't talk about players who don't play for or get recruited by the University of Michigan.
:)
If they don't get some good QBs by next year, they could be in trouble once Pryor is gone. But they are OSU, so I'm sure they will.
They're already hyping up Braxton Miller as the next coming of Pryor. Honestly though, he'll probably be a really highly rated player. I don't think the buckeyes are worried about QB. Scout is already saying he's a top ten recruit for the 2011 class.
LOL @ "next coming of Pryor." I think we should refer to Fitz Toussaint as the next coming of Michael Shaw.
That's legit. I second it.
Remember what everyone was saying about Marvin Robinson before rankings came out? Just because a fan base thinks a likely commit is gonna be a top 10 player doesn't make it so. He may be great but don't take their word for it.
That's on scout. Not from their fan base.
Ohio State has been to three National Championship games this decade, and their quarterbacks were Craig Krenzel, Troy Smith, and Todd Boeckman. Besides Smith, Ohio State has been winning games for a long time with pretty meh quarterback talent.
They definitely settled here. Not as big a reach as Guiton last year, but they went for broke on Nick Montana and whiffed. Hendrix will probably head for Notre Dame now.
That said, they're probably OK, though 2011 will be a bit of a bump. Pryor goes early to the NFL, you can bet that money-chaser won't wait longer than he has to to get a Corvette that nobody will ask questions about, and they'll have to play either Graham or Guiton and hope they develop or that Braxton Miller turns out to be a stud.
Pryor'd better not get hurt though or it all goes to shit.
Once again, the owner of said corvette was a graduate of PSU (if memory serves), not OSU.
I don't know if it was ever said where he graduated from; that's not the point. You can certainly graduate from one school and be a booster for another, and the Corvette owner was tied to OSU, not PSU.
But that's not the point either; simply that Pryor strikes me very hard as the type to go and get the riches as fast as he can.
the jealousy of pryor around here gets a little thick
if pryor has a good junior year he will definitely leave
He will have to improve tremendously if he plans on playing QB. This will be an interesting year as everyone won't be keying on Beanie and hie WRs will be inexperienced. Lets see what the kid can do. He's a great athlete not so much a QB yet.
Sounds a bit like Henne 05 without Edwards.
Except not made of evil and wrong.
Arkansas and UCLA in addition to some major Big Ten interest can't be that bad. Certainly no less of a prospect than half of our recruits.
and wahoo: Hooray for being a speculative douchebag.
Perhaps Ohio State will finish ninth in the Big Ten every year until the end of time after Pryor leaves. That would be so boss.
I would be happy with OSU finishing second in the Big Ten every year starting with this one.....
+50 for using the adjective "boss"
BO$$
Well played with the "boss." May I use this, as well?
only if you learn how to use the reply button
Would we feel even dirtier if college football were played by 18 yr old girls and we were google stalking and learning all about them on facebook?
15. 18 is legal.
What do you mean, "if?"
everytime i see his name i think its some sorta hilarious joke
Bunch of local QBs dropping over the past few days,
OSU gets Graham
ND gets Hendrix
and MSU just flipped Boisture
Graham was injured early into his junior year and has been picking up offers quickly after camping. Expect his 'star' to rise here shortly.
With that said, I expect Miller to be in the 2011 fold and likely be the starter in 2012, if not sooner.
His hair matches Tosu team color. RED!
