USC v Oregon
Auburn v Ole Miss
SMU v Memphis
Cincinnati v ECU
SC v Oregon looks the most interesting so far. This young Fr QB from SC, Slovis, is unflappable. Oregon has has had some pretty wobbly wins the past few weeks. An upset, here wouldn’t be too surprising.

I don't know if anybody is watching, but Indiana is secretly looking like a really really tough game. They're punishing Northwestern (well ok, not that scary) but they're on their way to 7-2 with a legit offense and a good defense, and we play them in Bloomington. The week before Ohio State.
Not saying we won't win, but I 100% think that game will be tougher than the game against Sparty
November 2nd, 2019 at 8:41 PM ^
I agree that game won't be easy but our D will be the best they've played besides OSU. As long as Michigan avoids stupid mistakes it should take care of business.
On the other hand, what happened to Northwestern? I never expected them to repeat as west champions but they may not win another game this year.

Everyone keeps saying this. I'm just not seeing what is so special about them. They lost to MSU (and got outgained by more than a hundred yards) and have zero impressive wins. Their most recent were one score wins against Nebraska and Maryland. They look to me like a team that has been fortunate to have an insanely easy schedule.

You're definitely right about Indiana's body of work. I think recent history is probably feeding my apprehension more than anything.

I think what scares people so much about Indiana, including myself, is that they give Michigan fits every year, and those are years where they’re just fighting for bowl eligibility and/or their pride. They continually push Michigan to the brink in years that they barely scrape to 5-6 wins. They’re an 8-9 win team this year.
They're going to be fighting for more than bowl eligibility this year. They’re confident, they’re winning, and they’re going to be jacked up to play Michigan. We catch them at the absolute worst time. On the road, sandwiched between our two biggest rivals. Indiana has trap game written ALLLLLLL over it.

Just turned thus on to see IU play...these guys are going to upset somebody
November 2nd, 2019 at 8:58 PM ^
IU’s defense isn’t good.
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:44 PM ^
And our offense isn’t good. What’s your point?
Im sure Indiana will fuck around and expose some weakness in the defense that OSU will expose. Cuz that’s what happens.
November 2nd, 2019 at 10:03 PM ^
Before the season started I thought Michigan would lose 3 games - ND, OSU and ... Indiana. They always play M tough, M has struggled on the road and the week before OSU, AGAIN?? ugh

Checked in on this game. Agree completely. Question: WYF happened to Northwestern? They are terrible this year.
November 3rd, 2019 at 1:38 AM ^
They're the same Indiana team they've been under Allen. Solid, conservative football, not shitting themselves every chance they got like under that creep Kevin Wilson. But they don't have the horses to keep up with anyone. They're almost like Wisconsin but replace the 4 and 3 stars with 2 and 1 stars

Trojans are manhandling the Ducks so far
November 2nd, 2019 at 8:53 PM ^
Slovis is so freakin savy. Dude’s pocket presence/poise is damn impressive.
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:15 PM ^
He looks fantastic. Usc WRs not helping him a lot.
November 2nd, 2019 at 8:43 PM ^
And that's why NW sucks wow
November 2nd, 2019 at 8:45 PM ^
What a catch by SMU
November 2nd, 2019 at 8:57 PM ^
The Ole Miss Runnin Rich Rods are losing to Auburn 10-7
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:00 PM ^
21 will be thrown out.
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:39 PM ^
Aigh! Slovis giveth away...bad pick but USC has zero balance on offense right now. If Urban takes the wheel of that place, look out
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:06 PM ^
Indiana plays in happy valley the week before us. The pain will come from that one.
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:10 PM ^
That Indiana game DOES scare the hell out of me. Yes, their body of work in terms of quality of teams isn’t THAT great. But we’ve had only one stress free game against Indiana since 2006. They’ve had less talented teams battle us to the wire and come oh so close time and time again.
They’re playing great this year. The coaching staff borrowed from Dantonio’s playbook and convinced their players that Nebraska doesn’t respect you last week...which later made Scott Frost question what they’re talking about. There were times last year at the big house where I thought they were intentionally trying to injure our players. So they play with confidence even if it’s thuggish.
Four years ago when we traveled there, we had to score on 4th & goal to force overtime. Two years ago when we traveled there, we blew a ten point 4th quarter lead in the final three minutes and had to win in overtime.
The way they’re playing now, with a chance to beat Michigan for the first time in 32 years and possibly get to a non-toilet bowl game...yes, that game scares me.
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:14 PM ^
If Michigan brings a lackadaisical attitude to that game they'll probably lose. They better take it serious and put some serious effort in to it.
November 2nd, 2019 at 11:37 PM ^
Yeah it's strange the only stress free game vs IU was 2014. The year we lost to Rutgers, Maryland, and Minnesota.
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:14 PM ^
Watching USC’s freshmen starting quarterback he looks more poised and a better decision maker than Patterson by far.
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:40 PM ^
Love the edit here hahha
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:19 PM ^
Except that fumble in the red zone.
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:37 PM ^
And that pick six.
November 2nd, 2019 at 10:37 PM ^
And that third int.
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:15 PM ^
Oregon's tackling has been pretty poor. Color me unimpressed. Pac10 just isn't in the same league as the B1G, SEC, or even Big 12.
November 3rd, 2019 at 1:08 AM ^
What about the PAC 12?
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:17 PM ^
What a dumbass #99 from Oregon.
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:17 PM ^
#99 on Oregon hopped on something there
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:24 PM ^

November 2nd, 2019 at 9:29 PM ^
Oregon looking like they may have fixed their shit
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:32 PM ^
I love this decisive ref
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:33 PM ^
That fumble really cost USC. Instead of going up 17-7, now down 14-10.
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:34 PM ^
Wow amazing TD run by Redd
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:36 PM ^
Could Indiana be ranked this week?
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:48 PM ^
They should be in the top 25 good call
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:37 PM ^
This game has really flipped.
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:39 PM ^
Oregon looking like a top 10 team
November 2nd, 2019 at 10:36 PM ^
I wouldn’t be afraid Of a matchup with them in the Rose or the playoffs
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:40 PM ^
Northwestern might be as bad as Rutgers. Just brutal.
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:42 PM ^
Had to turn it off felt bad for them PF is a good coach but whew this year is a bust
November 2nd, 2019 at 9:44 PM ^
That's why he's still there. Great job to have. If you have a solid year once in a while everyone's patting you on the back, if you have a 9-11 loss season no-one cares..it's expected. Basically nothing to lose, all to win.
November 3rd, 2019 at 12:40 AM ^
Solid year every once in a while? This will be their first losing season since 2014. Since 2014 they've had 2 seasons where they won 10 games, another where they won 9 and have played in the Big 10 Championship game.
