My "cool story bro" story
Here is my "cool story bro" story that many seem to be sharing. Today while sitting at my desk (procrastinating at work and reading the blog of course), I received a text from a friend in Chicago asking me if I would be interested in going to the UM vs. ND game.
I of course went all "OMG, YES, YES!!!". He says cool I will count you in. So I start getting all giddy like a school girl and begin asking questions, "how much", "who's all going" etc... I finally get to the important question "where are the seats?". He responds, "3rd row, 50 yd line Michigan side. "
Long story short... I went from 6 to midnight real quick and cant wait for the game...
cool story bro I know
k thnx bye

My brother who just finished grad school at U of M informed me yesterday that he turned down tickets to the Uconn game, he did just have a daughter 2 days ago, so i understood. As much as I really wanted to go to the opener this totally makes up for it.

I went to UM's Frozen Four in Albany 6 days after my daughter was born. The kicker? My wife made me go because we had bought the tickets prior to finding out she was pregnant. Called up a bro' and we made the trip.
Divorce was well over a year later, so I don't think the Frozen Four trip had anything to do with it...I kid, that parts not true.

Seriously, bra, how the hell do you have a hilarious picture for every post on this board? I am amazed daily by your contributions BrayBray. As superficial as they may be ;).

My girl friend's dad asked me if I wanted to go to the Notre Dame/Michigan game out of the blue. He got the tickets randomly through his work so I've been giddy about it the last couple days.

My good friends moved about 30 minutes outside columbus two years ago so I was visiting them. On the way home I was pulled over about 15 miles south of Toledo. The cop got me for going 78 in a 65, we chatted for a moment and he said he'd be right back. He comes back to the window and says he would give me a warning.
He then asked if I was wearing Michigan shorts. I said you better believe it, then reached into the back and grabbed my M shoes. I showed him those and he said he still had time to give me a ticket. He told have a nice day and Go bucks. I said thank you sir and Go Blue.
Pretty cool guy. Pretty happy to not pay the state of Ohio $150 bucks either.
