Didn’t Jenkins announce he was returning?
Johnson hasn’t officially announced (afaik) but people expect him to stay because he enrolled in grad school.

There was speculation about Jenkins because he was graded as a top 100 NFL draft prospect.

CJ hasn’t announced yet. He enrolled in school but theoretically he could disenroll if he declared…could be a backup depending on how the process went for Him.

This excites me. I though LB was thinnest position this year. With Mike returning and the new transfer and Rolder - I feel like we have some good depth there now. Now just have to address cornerback.

We also get NHG back. I really think that it’s been our only just above average LBer play (aside from turnovers) that has kept us out of the champ game. They were poor against the run on the edges against UGA and TCU.
Another year in the system for Colson and he should be playing faster than ever. NHG, the Neb transfer, and Michael Barrett, and Rolder sounds like a very solid group that can rotate and stay fresh, and play fast.

It was a lot more than bad LB play against UGA that kept Michigan out of the championship a couple seasons back... but it certainly contributed!

C'mon that unrealistic, as no one can 'plan on winning the Nobel'. Michael Barrett is simply going to make substantial contributions to condensed matter physics next year and let the Nobel happen or not.
