That was the basketball equivalent of the Akron game. Tennessee is much better than Akron, but it feels about the same: M narrowly avoided a historic embarrassment.

Morgan was there and he got ran over. I really don't understand people questioning that one, it was a textbook charge.
Not to mention Tennessee didn't deserve shit from the officials, considering that gift they already gave them a couple possessions prior, when the ball was clearly off Tennessee.
After some deep breathing exercises, I agree but this kind of game give me flashbacks of oh so many losses like this. They have work to do and this will probably serve them well.
Also, they typically get better in turnaround games. The top 3 in the Big Ten can play with anybody! Although I want to see a Mich vs. MSU National Championship Game, I am happy Michigan is in the Elite 8 after how this season started.
Everything is icing on the cake for me now!
