Weird not having OSU at the very end but at least the early season gauntlet of Minnesota, PSU, Wisconsin is not as bad now. Minnesota without Bateman and PSU without Parsons possibly and Wisconsin moved to the end of the schedule

Looking at the future schedules on Maizenbrew, we get them at home 2 straight years (2020 & 2021) then it goes back to aligning with OSU, which is probably better for the present time.

On the other side, we get Wisky & PSU on opposite schedules with OSU & MSU, so things even out.

I hope we at least play MSU before the season gets canceled. I want Harbaugh to grind them into dust so recruits have no ambiguity about the matchup.

Going largely unnoticed is the fact that we no longer play Ohio State and Michigan State on the road in the same season. Sure hope it stays that way if this season gets canceled.

Probable losses: OSU

Coin flips: PSU

UM should be favored but close: Wisc, Minn

We've rarely lost to teams that we are supposed to beat. Minnesota might have been a mirage last season and arguably their best offensive player is opting out, doesn't scare me. Wisconsin without Taylor doesn't scare me all that much either.

We get PSU at home and if Parson's does sit out, I think we are favored in this matchup. So the only outright loss we should account for is OSU. One conference loss to OSU seems totally reasonable to me. I'll predict two losses.

Obviously if our QB room is a disaster a la 2017, then things could change. One other thing to note is that if we get rocked again or suffer another emotional loss to OSU, that Wisc game right after could be a trap.

Seriously? My first thought when looking at the schedule is that this sets up great for Michigan. PSU and Wisconsin at home. MSU at home. Road games at Northwestern and Rutgers. Only places for trouble are Minnesota and OSU on the road, and I think Minnesota will take a step back from last year.

Even though the season probably won’t happen, I was pretty excited to see this schedule.

I know home and road aren’t as big of a deal with no fans, but it’s still the difference between traveling and staying in your own bed/locker room.
